Cooking Class with Jennifer - I did the cooking class with Jennifer. Jennifer was bubbly and energetic. Her enthusiasm was infectious. The dishes we prepared were tasty and provided a useful insight into vietnamese cooking and flavour. I would highly recommend this activity for anyone traveling to Hoi An.

Highly recommended tour! - The tour is highly recommended. You get an insight into Vietnamese cuisine and culture. The guide was very humorous. The ride with the Coconut Boat was great. The food was all fresh and we were allowed to do a lot of things ourselves. The people tried very hard and were very friendly.

A great afternoon out and well worth it. - A very good afternoon out first with market shopping, then back to the restaurant and cooked 4 courses, plenty of food, then finish the day with a round boat ride. Good experience.

Great course - The course was great fun! We were only a small group of four and. did the long course with crab fishing and boat tour. Hàng was a great guide and made us feel really comfortable. Dietary restrictions were taken into account and the food was delicious. Thank you!!!

Cooking class with Jennifer - I had the most fun doing this and met some great people! Jennifer is fantastic, I felt completely accommodated as a vegetarian too. Highly recommend :)

Amazing Day - Had the most amazing day on the coconut boats and then in the cooking course. We cooked so much food and Jennifer was so helpful and lovely the whole time. Had a really good day and would very much recommend, have been so full all day!!

Great day! - Had a nice and relaxing day. Was great to have a taste of the market early in the morning taking a look at all the local products and later heading to the coconut boat ride to reach the destination for our cooking class. Wish the boat ride would have been a little longer but the main highlight of the tour was the cooking class so we did need time for that. The cooking experience was great we had a chance to learn how to make so many dishes and all with vegetarian and non vegetarian options! Recommend for all the foodies and cooking enthusiasts out there!

Poorly organised and overpriced - We were picked up from our hotel and a driver took us to the markets where we met our guide. We went around the market looking at fruit and veges and noodles which was interesting but it would have been great to see the words written down. After that we then got stuck at the market waiting in 32 degree heat for about 20 minutes because there was no car to pick us up. We then got taken to a river and other families with small children got herded onto a tiny boats with no life jackets into a river with a strong current. The ‘captain’ gave us no explanation of what we were doing and then we arrived into some palm forest edge where an annoying man performed a dance to Gangnam style and then tried to fleece tourists for tips despite having paid a pretty penny. We got handed a bamboo stick with a clam on a string. No one explained what to do. We stuck it in the water. We asked what we were trying to catch h and were told ‘baby rat’ - it wasn’t til later we found out it was crab. No one caught anything The look of other fed up people coming back in said it all. The cooking class was okay but it wasn’t a recipe you could ever follow again as you made 3 things at once and got no written recipe. The basket weave rice paper spring rolls were a highlight. The guide was fun. Would have been better if the guide stayed with you through the trip, the transport was organised, they had a thought for safety of small kids. Overall overpriced, unsafe and poorly organised
