• Thanh Ha Pottery Village - Visit a pottery village where locals craft their own pottery from clay. The owner will first demonstrate how to create items like ashtrays and vases. Then, you’ll get a chance to make your own. Finally, you can explore their store and perhaps purchase a small souvenir for family and friends. Additionally, you’ll receive a small gift from the store as a token of appreciation.
• Cam Kim Island - The second stop is a homemade noodle factory. Here, you’ll observe how local families produce noodles and rice paper from rice grains. The process involves five steps: soaking rice for about 6 hours, grinding it with water, heating a specialized pot, adding the mixture, rolling it into a ball, covering it for about 3 minutes, then placing it on a bamboo tray. For fresh noodles, take the product from the bamboo tray and cut it by hand or machine. To make rice paper, dry it and then grill it over charcoal. You’ll watch the local family perform these steps and then try it yourself. Finally, you’ll enjoy rice paper and tea.
• Kim Bong Carpentry Village - The next stop is the carpenter’s village, where you’ll see many beautiful products made from wood and bamboo. These items require a lot of time and patience to create. You can also observe the boat-building process, which is quite impressive.
• Tra Nhieu Fishing Village - The last stop is the mat village. Here, you’ll see, learn, and participate in mat-making. Locals use mats as mattress replacements during hot weather (many years ago, they didn’t have air conditioning) and they can be reused after hand washing.
• Hoi An - After the tour, we’ll drive to a local restaurant to enjoy a light vegetarian lunch.

Upon reaching the mat village, watch as women and children, the next generation, skillfully weave mats and threads, adding vibrant colors to the carpets that serve as sleeping mats, an alternative to mattresses. Participants will also have the chance to engage in the weaving process, offering a truly special experience.
