Farm to table - We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with V from basket boating to cooking. The herbs picked from the farm were a highlight and we loved the home cooked meal we had after cooking!

A local food gardening and cooking. - Had a great day with our guide Trang. Really enjoyed the farm experience learning about the various plants and cultivation methods. The cooking experience was great and the lunch that follows was delicious. Very worthwhile.

Had an enthusiastic cooking course - We had a pleasant and tasty cooking course. We were enthusiastically welcomed and learned everything about Vietnamese culture and their cuisine. The cooking course was relaxed, but also very enthusiastic. The tour of the local market was also very nice

Nice cooking class near the fields with nice people - I really enjoyed this experience, nice people, genuinly kind people, everything as expected, we went to the market to collect all the ingredients needed for the cooking the i to the farm to cook, well organized. I will suggest an experience with them 100%. They speak english pretty clearly so no issues also on the communication side

Fantastic Food and a memorable experience! - What a wonderful day with Ruby and the sisters at Water Wheel. Starting at the market which was a wild array of colors and sights and faces and foods. And then to cooking class where we made a whole 4-course delicious meal. Ruby made it is entertaining and fun and took so many photos and videos that she shared with us, after. It was my husband’s milestone birthday and the staff showered him with a cake, a song and very heartfelt blessings! We loved our experience and truly appreciated Ruby for the dear soul that she is! A great memory of our time in Hoi An!

Best Hoi An Experience! Farm and Cook, Learn and Eat! - The Water Wheel Real Hoi An Tour was a wonderful experience for my family. We learned so much from the local market to fishing to farming to cooking. The kids loved it and our guide Vi was kind and sweet. Making rice paper and cooking the best tasting most crispy bánh xéo we had in all of Vietnam was so memorable. All the dishes for lunch were fresh and better than restaurant food. I’m still dreaming of the bright green fields and all the fresh herbs. Best experience in Hoi An!

A utterly delightful, tasty & charming cookery class & tour - What a fabulous experience we had with Traque yesterday we met our delightful host Xuan who took us to a local busy food market . xuan had great language skills & a great sense of humour ! Then we cycled to the vegetable village where the charming Waterwheel resteraunt gave us a walk around the land , fascinating ! The cookery class was great fun, very informative & delicious better than resteraunt food & the whole experience was authentic , independent & utterly rememberable! We even were given gifts as well as a full stomach at the end! A women’s co-operative which needs support!!! Thanks 🤩

Waterwheel best full farm experience - This was our second time doing this tour with WaterWheel. It was as good as the last one.
Our guide was Vi to the market picking up fresh ingredients from the local market
and Thuong showed us the art making of noodles and rice paper rolls.
We will be back. Go with the best.
Food was organic and fresh.
Boat ride was fun.
Buffalo ride was cool.

Don't miss this cooking class if you're near Da Nang! - Our trip to Vietnam had many highlights but this was probably the best of all. Trang was our guide in the cooking class and in showing us around the herb gardens. She was extraordinary: warm, knowledgeable and so much fun - a real star. We feel privileged to have had the chance to get to know her and to learn from her.
