Hoi An Local Market Experience, cooking class & basket boat - I really enjoyed my experience with this tour group. Our tour guide was very friendly, helpful and had a very great knowledge about the local markets, cooking class and basket boat.
We went to the markets to select all the food for our cooking class, then we went on the basket boat tour near by the local river then we went back to cooking class carried out the cooking exercise. We cooked spring rolls, fish and rice and made papaya salad. The food was good which we had for lunch. I really enjoyed this experience worth doing it.

Scorching hot and yet fun filled day - Morning marketing to get ingredients for cooking class. Then we were on our way to do basket boat ride. Enjoyable cooking class lead by cheerful instructor. We ate what we prepared and cooked. My friends and I had a great time!

BIG TICK ✔️ - Such a good few hours! Well organised and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the day. At the completion of our cooking, we consumed what we ate and it was sooo good. My husband even enjoyed the entire outing – his tick of approval says a lot!

Amazing Cooking Class with Jenifer 🤩🤤 - Thank you very much Jenifer for this superb local cooking experience! 🥳
We first made a visit to the market where Jenifer showed us and made us taste or smell different ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine, especially chilli because she wanted to see us suffer 😈. Despite what she says, she speaks very good English and was able to answer all our questions while remaining in a friendly and playful atmosphere. It was the same during the cooking class during which we were able to cook 4 dishes together: nems, papaya salad, fish dish and pancakes (Banh Xeo). Jenifer even showed us how to ignite a dish! 🔥 In short, everything was delicious in a very good atmosphere and we receive the recipes by email then it was perfect!
The little round boat ride with crab fishing was also fun and refreshing with the sea air. The only downside comes from the fact that to enjoy the small attraction of running the boat quickly you have to pay an extra fee. But the afternoon was well worth the 400k VND (price specific to my hostel)!
Don’t hesitate and come and feast and learn how to cook Vietnamese with Jenifer!

Fantastic cooking class with coconut boat experience! - A brilliant morning tour!! We started with a tour of the market where we tried some herbs and fruit. Then we did a coconut boat trip with some crabbing. Finally we came to the cooking area and cooked 4 delicious dishes! The guide, Tom, was brilliant and we had a fantastic time! There was so much food - we were struggling to finish everything. The whole experience was so much fun and I can't wait to recreate all the food we made with the recipes we were given!

Fantastic cooking class!! - This morning was one of my favourite mornings in Hoi An! The cooking class definitely took the cake - we got to cook Vietnamese pancakes, our own spring rolls, gorgeous seabass with rice and we also had clams. I didn't even have breakfast beforehand and was still stuffed to the brim by the end. Would 100% recommend!

Best Hoi An cooking class in Vietnam - Best cooking class in Hoi An. Had so much fun touring the local market, then off to a coconut boat ride and finally a hands on cooking class. The team of chefs were awesome. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Vietnam.

Lovely experience! - This tour was well organised with a friendly and helpful guide. The visit to the local market was interesting. The cooking class was fun with clear instructions. We ate the food we cooked which was delicious and there was plenty of it!

Fun EN tasty cooking class in Hoi An - DE trip across DE market was fine EN DE cooking class was fun EN tasty (EN a lot..so don't have too extensive breakfast beforehand). Everything well organized EN relaxed atmosphere.
The var EN with coconut boat was unnecessary and I think you might get a nicer trip if you go more in the coconut forest on a boat.
Price quality was really fine compared to other providers.
