What to Expect: Guests will be picked up by local tour guides at their hotel and taken to the Hoi An market. The guides will assist in communicating with local traders and demonstrate how to select and purchase high-quality ingredients for the subsequent cooking class.

The tour proceeds from the market directly to a bamboo basket boat ride through the canals of the Nipa forest. Participants will be surrounded by the natural beauty of the Nipa palm coconut forest and can enjoy crab fishing. It’s an amazing experience! There is an opportunity to admire the river’s beauty in Vietnam’s countryside, observe traditional fishing methods, and witness the lives of the friendly fishermen. This unique moment allows for capturing unforgettable photos of Vietnam’s rural landscapes and people.

Following these eco-tour activities, guests will be welcomed at a restaurant to engage in a two-hour cooking session with our chef. A cooking recipe will be provided after the class, enabling participants to recreate the dishes at home.

The tour continues from the market to the water coconut village.
