The Highlight of Our Trip! - This was hands down the best experience we had in Hoi An! From the moment we were picked up, everything was so well organized. We visited the local market, cruised along the Thu Bon River, rode basket boats through the coconut forest, and even tried a buffalo cart ride — such a fun surprise! The cooking class itself was fantastic. We made delicious dishes step by step, and the chef made it easy for everyone to follow. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hoi An!

A Peaceful Escape in Hoi An - The eco-tour part of Sabirama was such a peaceful escape. Drifting through the coconut forest on a basket boat was calm, quiet, and beautiful—a perfect contrast to the lively streets of Hoi An. Afterward, jumping into the cooking class brought so much energy and excitement. The balance of relaxation and activity made this tour one of the most well-rounded experiences we had in Vietnam.

Memorable Moments in Hoi An - What made Sabirama Cooking Tour special was how all the little pieces came together—the laughter during the basket boat ride, the peaceful scenery of the coconut forest, and the joy of cooking authentic dishes. It felt like we were not just tourists, but guests welcomed into a family. We left with recipes to recreate at home, but also with memories that will stay with us for years.

Best Team and Best Tour - The real magic of this tour came from the team. They were warm, welcoming, and had such a great sense of humor. From the eco-tour through the river to the cooking class, they made every step feel enjoyable. They also shared local stories and traditions that added so much depth to the experience. You could tell they really loved what they were doing, and that made us love it even more.

Seriously good experience on many levels. - Sabirama and the team again provided us with a wonderful experience. The cooking class presented our students with an engaged, fun and enjoyable time where skills were developed, and further cultural understanding was developed. Third time in two years and the sessions just keep getting better. Recommend this to everyone.

5 star tour! - Myself and my wife had a brilliant time on this tour. We were picked up early from our hotel, and introduced to Hung, our guide for the tour. Hung took us around the nearby market and talked us through the local herbs, vegetables and fish on offer - this is was great start to the day and a highlight for me. We then had a great time on a basket boat before going to the restaurant for the cooking class. The whole team were really attentive and Hung was a brilliant teacher!! The dishes were delicious and we were sent away if recipes so we can try to recreate at home.

Fun and yum - We had a amazing time from the moment we were picked up! Our guide/chef was full of knowledge walking us through the food markets explaining all the fresh produce. We laughed so much on the bucket boats before heading to the cooking class. Again our chef was amazing - explaining each step of every dish and doing it with a smile and making us feel so welcome. Each dish was absolutely delicious. A great way to spend a day in the most beautiful town in the world. Highly recommend.

Must do experience - Great experience! The chef is very friendly and explains everything step by step. The ingredients are already prepped to use. The cooking is fast as it’s done in a frying pan/wok and ready to eat . It all tastes lovely. 😃 Highly recommend the whole day experience with the basket boat ride, food market & cooking class. 🙂

Was a quick walk through... - Was a quick walk through of the markets, probably not required as it was literally 5 minutes. There was no massage or water buffalo. We booked to include the water buffalo so there was something cool for our 7yo. Coconut boats, were super touristy, but so much fun. My husband and daughter got moved to another boat to be spun, then the guy spinning asked for 200vnd. Then we felt obliged to also give our boat guide 200vnd too. The cooking class itself was pretty good. We did 4 dishes that were all super yummy. In total the tour was only 3hrs, not 4 as advertised.
