Best massage ever!!! - Had a 90min Vietnamese massage. OMG, the best massage I have ever had by a very long way. The whole experience was impeccable and the girls are very attentive. Thoroughly recommended. Would give it 6 stars if I could.

5 star hotel quality - I had a 60 min facial done. I was at first scared to go to any spa not sure of hygienes. Glad to come here because it was clean, well decorated and spacious. It was a 4-6 star hotel quality. They picked me up at my hotel and served ginger tea. The facial was very relaxing and included head, next and shoulder massages which was a nice surprise. It ended with another pot of ginger tea. It was a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Amazing Spa Experience from Start to Finish - We had an amazing experience at Ylang Ylang spa. I got a half an hour coffee scrub and half an hour massage and both were so relaxing. My body feels so rejuvenated and clean. The spa itself is very clean and aesthetic. We were also given free drinks on our arrival and after our massage. Everyone was really sweet including the owner. The prices were quite reasonable and from start to finish the experience was amazing. Highly recommend!!

Great massage and overall great service - Amazing experience, the staff was super kind and actually prioritized the areas I wanted in the full body massage. Also, I asked for strong pressure, and boy did they give it to me. Loved it.

Excellent massage!! - Really good service! They picked us up, recieved us very kindly with tea and foot cleaning. The massage was really good and the girls were really kind. They offered mini snacks and tea at the end, and then drove us back.

Best massage ever - This place was magic! Just what you call it “ was worth the monies” the masseuse was excellent” My daugh had the Aromatherapyy massage & I had the Hot stone massage. Honestly we soooooo good! Excellent Wellcome with a warm bowl lemon grass, lime for 5 min with green tea... Apparently to relax you before the session. Then 75min and not was great feeling after.. Then weend up with lemon n lime juice with sesame seed bites. To chill 5min them we checked out! Thanks Ylang ylang 💕

text saying 'Im a headache' and '99% of other thai places are brothels' - I booked a couples massage for our anniversary. I was told their last appointment is 5pm when I first booked in. I had a last-minute work meeting which I could not change so gave the company a message a day earlir to say I may be slightly late can we move from 4:45 to 5pm. I was then told that I am a 'headache' and that as I have changed my appointment she would send the money back. I was shocked at the reply. When I had explained that I was trying to be considerate so could I have it on another day.... again she said no I've changed too many times. when I hadn't changed anything at all or even given this option. To top it off she has then texts saying she has an appointment at 5:30 but told me that we could not have any later than 5pm as that is the last appointment. I think she may have forgotten she had ext me saying this. I was so shocked that there was no meeting in the middle or rescheduling for a few weeks time but instead, she straight away said in her text that 'I'm a headache' and that 99% of Thai places in Stoke are brothels. Not sure why she put this in a text when she was the one who told me I cant use her services. Really upset as I have been wanting to go to this specific Thai massage parlour for a long time and my husband's surprise for a little bit of relaxation but instead just got cancelled and feel like I was not given 1 moment of her time to reschedule. I've never written a review before but my friends and husband had seen how upset I was and said to raise this so I have.
