Delightful, superb day - Thank you to the whole team , listening and very friendly, a beautiful day , superb scenery . I went to see the golden bridge, a bus picked me up from the hotel, we drove to the cable car, and tour of sun world and golden bridge

Best Ba Na Hills & Golden Bridge Tour - Mr. Dee was a wonderful guide. With his jokes and infectious laughter, he made sure we all enjoyed every part of the trip. I would definitely go on this tur again when I go back to Vietnam.

Once in a lifetime awesome experience - The whole experience was amazing. The cable cars and views. The Golden bridge with the giant hands. Flower city. Free beers. Tour guide and the buffet lunch all fantastic.

Ba na hills - Got picked up in from of the hotel. Not perfectly smooth, but after a while it became good. Mr Alex was a great guide, nice Personality. BUT. There was a stop included before we even got out of Danang city. The stop at a jewelshop was nice, informative. But totally unexpected and totally no need for. And thats why i cant give the trip absolutely best remark.

It was pretty good! - It was really good! The website made it a bit hard to understand what was specifically involved in each package. But our guide Tom explained it really well. I wish we had a little more time in each place, Ba Na Hills is beautiful and I felt a little bit rushed each time (in saying that, you still get a good 2-3 hours in each hill, Ba Na Hills is just massive and so beautiful).

Ok trip. Pleased we went but once is probably enough. - Great guide. Informative and helpful. Interesting visit. Shame it rained for a lot of it. Lunch was not very good. We would have enjoyed the trip more if it hadn’t rained so much. Luckily it cleared up during our walk over the bridge. Great gondola rides. Very crowded, everywhere.

Disappointingly a tourist trap. - Underwhelming. Neither cultural nor entertaining. Amusement park was trying to be like a Disneyland, but without any charm or fun. Having to pay cash for the cable car at time of pickup is impractical and unnecessary. Are there alternate ways to get to the top of the hill otherwise? I think not, so why not just include it in the price? Disappointed. A tourist trap.

Avoid in poor weather - The tour guide was really good Just isn't worth it at all if you have poor weather. Don't go unless you're having no rain and clear skies

I would not recommend this tour company. - We experienced poor communication and arrangements from this company. Unlike other tours, upon booking they did not contact us. I had to contact them to find out arrangements myself. Then they declined hotel pick up (the tour details and the fine print are different…so read carefully before booking). Then they changed the meeting point for the tour. On the way home they changed the drop off point with NO communication to us. We were sitting on the bus with no idea where we were going. We had a driver already booked to collect us at the old location. We drove over an extra 30 minutes. I would not recommend this tour.
