We had a great experience... - We had a great experience with our guide during the Bana Hills tour. The entire day was very well organized and went smoothly from start to finish.
Our guide managed everything perfectly, ensuring we covered all the key attractions without any hassle. He was friendly, professional, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip.
Overall, it was a wonderful and well-planned day. Highly recommended!

Bana Hill - Very enjoyable day at Ba Na Hills
We had a great day visiting Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge. The cable car ride was impressive and the views were beautiful. Our guide was friendly, well-organized, and made sure everyone in the group was comfortable. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off.

So amazingggg - Guide made the difference
Ba Na Hills is already beautiful, but having a friendly and caring guide made the experience much better. He was always checking on everyone.

Our guider Nhan was... - Our guider Nhan was excellent. She worked very hard to make sure everyone have a good time during the tour. She even bought birthday cakes for passagers who is celebrating that day.

Golden bridge and Ba Na Hills - Suggest to do the 7.30am your to Golden Bridge to avoid heavy crowd on later time.
Ba Na Hills is a great place with theme parks and castles, popmart castle is inside

Not worth it, just do it yourself. - Was really disappointed in this tour.
Firstly, I picked the 9:30 pick up but the guide still wanted to bring us back down from the park and back on the minibus to go home at the same time as the 7:30 departure tour - meaning we’d have two hours less at the park for the same price. Myself and others in the group pointed this out and reminded the guide it was an 8 hour excursion so we should be able to stay later. The guide told some of us to return at 3:30, some at 4, some at 4:30-5! So we all came back at different times and some had to wait 90 minutes by the entrance - such a waste.
Secondly, she could speak a little English in that she could tell us what we were doing right at the moment or immediately next but she never gave us an overview of the day or explained where she’d be taking us except for the “3:30 return” even though we didn’t get there until 11, and she was unable to answer any questions people asked her. I suspect she was new as she was also very quiet, didn’t speak loudly to the group or act with any confidence or even effectively guide us. The whole group was really confused and kept losing her, after 20 or so minutes of this once we’d arrived from the cable car a few of us decided to just go off and do our own thing as it was too frustrating.
The theme park entrance is 1 million dong and you can book a return shuttle on klook for only around £7, so if you want to go to Ba Na Hills don’t waste your time with a “tour”, just do it yourself and save yourself a few quid!
