9.30: Head to one of the biggest markets in Da nang where you learn about the Vietnamese shopping way, the local way of bargaining of products, buy fresh ingredients for the cooking class.

10.45: Head to Jolie’s house. It’s time for cooking! Make rice milk by traditional grinder to make rice milk and start cooking 4 Vietnamese dishes.

12.30: Enjoy your meals cooked by yourself.

13.30: Play piano/ guitar (if you can), and go back to your place by a grab to yourself

10.00: Take a break at a local coffee shop to enjoy a cup of coffee and share stories with others.

10.45: Head to Jolie’s home for a session of cooking, chatting, and enjoying food.

12.30: Savor the meals you have prepared.

13.30: If you can, play the piano or guitar, then take a Grab back to your place.
