The Walk or Mountain 7 Colors tour begins bright and early at 4:30 am. The operator will start picking up guests from their hotels until 5:00 am, then proceed to the charming town center of Cusipata (Quispicanchi) located south of Cusco. Here, there will be a stop to gather essentials for the tour such as water, energy drinks, snacks, cereals, and more….
The Walk or Mountain 7 Colors tour begins bright and early at 4:30 am. The operator will start picking up guests from their hotels until 5:00 am, then proceed to the charming town center of Cusipata (Quispicanchi) located south of Cusco. Here, there will be a stop to gather essentials for the tour such as water, energy drinks, snacks, cereals, and more.
After this stop, the journey continues through stunning multicolored landscapes and fields nestled between mysterious mountains and snowy peaks. Travelers will see Andean animals like llamas, alpacas, sheep, vicuñas, and the deep valleys. Arrival at the picturesque town of Chirihuani is expected by 7:30 am, where breakfast will be served.
The trek follows a path that gradually transforms the scenery with mountains of vibrant colors and small icy streams that nourish the valley. As the walk progresses, the colors around will shift with the weather, reaching an altitude of 5200 meters above sea level at the summit of the mysterious mountain of colors (Vinicunca).
This is where there will be ample time to take photos, videos, and enjoy a snack while marveling at the magical surroundings of the mountains, veiled by clouds and snowy peaks. After this delightful experience, the return to Chirihuani begins, where the minibus will be waiting. The next stop is the town of Fulawasi for a buffet lunch, followed by a return to Cusco, arriving around 5:00 p.m., thus concluding the trek to the mountain of colors.

RECOMMENDED TO CARRY:
- A lightweight backpack with a change of clothes for the entire trek period - prepare for a wide range of temperature changes.
- Rainwear (jacket and pants if available) or a rain poncho.
- Sturdy footwear, waterproof trekking boots are recommended. Extra socks are essential.
- Warm clothing, including a jacket, fleeces, gloves, scarf, and hat. Thermal clothing is also recommended.
- Camera, film, and batteries (batteries deplete faster in cold conditions).
- Hat or cap to protect from sun, rain, and cold.

- Toilet paper, inside and outside luggage.
