A day of adventure! - A long day, but worth the time! Our driver and guide, Alex, was friendly and very informative about the places we visited and passed by. Chasing the steam train after the viaduct was fun, got lots of great photos! Loved going down the smaller roads, which led to beautiful views to enjoy. Alex gave us plenty of opportunities for bathroom breaks and refreshment, it was a very nice experience.

Upon the Highland Sojourn, in One Day’s Span - Oh rugged north! Thou cradle of the mist and stone, Where ancient hills in solemn silence groan, I rode upon thy paths from dawn till eve, And lo! what marvels did mine eyes receive. The loch, dark-breasted, whispered Nessie’s name, Whilst Glenfinnan’s arch, aloft in grandeur, came. Fair Mallaig, kissed by ocean’s salted breath, Did smile upon the bounds ’twixt life and death. Our charioteer, though swift and bold of hand, Did drive as though the Devil gave command. Through rain and wind his wheels took flight apace, Yet left not one soul faint nor out of place. The guide, methinks, spoke plain yet fast and fleet, A torrent of lore poured upon our seat. And aye, the cow of highland fame we saw— A beast so calm it made the hardiest jaw Unclench with mirth, as though the land itself Had birthed a joke, and set it on a shelf. Yet though the day grew long and limbs grew sore, My heart did cry: “One day? Nay, I crave more!” For what is time to yon eternal glen, Whose echoes mock the fleeting age of men? Thus write I here, in humble reverent tone: That Highland’s charm is cut in ageless stone. To all who seek the wild, the mist, the sky— Ride forth, dear friend. Go, ere thy days drift

Beautiful tour - Beautiful tour with scenic drives along the Highlands, and absolute fun chasing the Harry Potter train. Marita was an absolute delight- explained everything in such a cheerful manner .... The only confusion was the itinerary mentioned a photo stop for Urquhart castle, which we didn't. My only suggestion would be slightly lesser time at Malllaig so that the tour could finish a bit earlier , but overall we had a great time . Thank you Timberbush and Marita!!!

False Advertising - This tour was falsely advertised. I chose this specific tour because it said it stopped at Urquhart Castle. However, it did not. Our guide bypassed the castle and said stopping there was not included in this tour. Now, I am unable to book another excursion that does stop at the Castle and I will be leaving the highlands without seeing the one thing that I really wanted to see in my time here. The rest of the tour was great - but missing the main thing I wanted to see left me extremely disappointed with the experience overall.
