We will stop for a short walk down to the shores of Loch Ness, take some photos of the fantastic scenery and maybe even catch the monster out for an early morning swim.

Best Ever - We were blessed to have Donald, the best guide ever!! All day long he went above and beyond what was expected of him to make sure we got to see and do everything we wanted. He was so pleasant and helpful which made our day totally stress-free. Best guided tour we have ever taken.

“A Highland Highlight: Billy’s Private Tour Was Unforgettable!” - From the rugged beauty of Loch Ness to the misty skies of the Isle of Skye, our private tour with Billy was absolutely unforgettable. He’s not just a guide—he’s a storyteller, a local expert, and a Highland legend in his own right.
Billy tailored the day perfectly to our pace and interests. We got up close and personal with some very photogenic Highland cows (who were clearly used to being adored), and then explored some of the most breathtaking landscapes we’ve ever seen. His knowledge of the history and folklore brought every stop to life.
From hidden waterfalls and dramatic cliffs to charming villages and sweeping views, every moment felt like a scene from a movie—except it was real, and Billy was the best director we could’ve asked for.
If you’re lucky enough to book a private tour with Billy, do it. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we left with full hearts, incredible photos, and a deep appreciation for the Highlands and the people who call it home.

One of the most amazing... - One of the most amazing tours we've ever been on. Martin was an exceptional tour guide, giving us a personalized ava informative tour of Skye. He went out of his way to make it special for us. We can't recommend him more.

A beautiful day in the beautiful Scottish Highlands - We had an absolutely wonderful day with Martin guiding us on the Isle of Skye tour. Martin was knowledgeable, personable, accommodating, attentive, generous, and witty. He discussed and answered all our questions about the Scottish Highlands' history, geography, politics, and culture. He delighted us by stopping at many scenic sites. We visited the grave of a Jacobite hero, Invermoriston for a delightful woodland walk along the river, and the fascinating and picturesque Eilean Donan Castle. On the beautiful Isle of Skye, we stopped at Glen Sligachan - where we engaged in the custom of sharing a communal quaich (cup) of whisky, Creag An Fheilidh- complete with a bagpiper by a gorgeous waterfall, Portree, and The Old Man of Storr. During our ride, Martin treated/ addicted us to Tunnock's Tea Cakes and other treats and goodies. He also took us to a farm where we could meet Highland coos up close and even feed them! That was the perfect ending to a perfect day. Thank you so much, Martin and Highland Tours 4 You!

Great Full-day Tour of Skye and the area around Loch Ness. - This a great full-day tour. I love the fact that it’s longer because you are not rushed from any of the 10+ stops we made along the way. Our guide Billy was fun, knowledgeable, and made sure we saw the best of sights of Skye and Loch Ness. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to use their time here efficiently.

The PERFECT tour of Scotland's Isle of Skye! - Absolutely AMAZING experience and worth every penny. Billy was so kind and fun to spend the day with. He certainly brought us to many places we had never heard of and would never have seen if not for him. We also got to visit our bucket list locations and were pleased with the amount of time we were given at each stop. Lots of opportunities to use the washroom, eat, and even a short break to shop. We would HIGHLY recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get the most out of their day in Scotland’s Isle of Skye!

The best day tour of Skye! - Had an absolutely amazing time with my husband and friends! Billy knew exactly where to go for a full day of the best spots. We fed Scottish Cows, saw castles, ate fresh Skye seafood, viewed breath taking spots, and enjoyed the company of the very funny, professional, and knowledgeable tour guide, Billy! We would absolutely recommend the private tour from Inverness to Skye! (4 of us for the 12 hour tour)

Isle of Sky Private tour - Other reviews said that doing a private tour was the best money they had ever spent and I would have to agree with them. Not only were we able to customer the stops so that we did not duplicate anything with another tour we had scheduled for later in the week, but our tour guide Martin went out of his way to make sure we got in all we wanted to do and got back late because of that. Highly recommend this tour.

The Best tour and tour guide ever! - We spent three weeks in the UK and Ireland and our day trip to Isle of Skye was, by far, the highlight of our entire trip. Martin provided us with so much information and history, we couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and accommodating guide! He took us to all the best attractions and we only wish we could have spent another day with him learning and seeing more. This tour was well worth the cost and anyone who gets Martin for a guide is in for a treat of a lifetime! Martin, you're the Best!

Absolutely amazing - we love Martin! - Absolutely fantastic tour. We had Martin as our guide and we ADORE him. He's born and raised in Inverness and had incredible insight to provide. He is clearly so passionate about his country, it made my family and I fall in love with Scotland even more.
