Enjoyable experience. - Commentaries, from both coach driver and on the boat, were great and not too intrusive. Staff on the boat were helpful and friendly, and the castle visit was interesting, especially with the film. We were fortunate to have good weather, which added to the experience.

Must-do!! - I cannot recommend this experience enough!! We had such a lovely time, the driver was so welcoming, it told us about Inverness while driving to our first destination, walked us to the boat, gave us all the information needed to find him at the castle. Then, he managed to bring us to see the highland cows and had even bought carrots for us to feed the cows! A man full of warmth. He brought us to the Loch Ness centre, waited for us there and drove us back to Inverness. it was truly a great experience and my friend and I enjoyed our time immensely!

Stunning! - It was an absolute delight! We were also very lucky with the weather as it was as clear as it can be and an exceptional sunny February day. Our guide, both the driver of our bus and the lady on the boat, had encyclopedic knowledge and you could tell they so much enjoyed telling all the stories. The visit to the Loch Ness Centre was great too and enjoyed by both myself and my 6 year old son. The information was so well presented that he stayed listening in every room. We would love to go back. One of the highlights of this winter.

Best part of our trip! #AllenRocks - This was probably the best part of our whole UK trip last June. The views were breathtaking. Our driver Allen was wonderful (he should read audiobooks) and his recommendation to try the “scotch-chocolate”, as we’ve taken to calling it, was well worth it. This is 200% worth the trip. Soooo great!!!

Lovely trip to Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle! - A fantastic way to see Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle. Very informative tour guides both with Jacobite Tours and at the castle (thank you Ranald and Mark!). The castle was quite impressive, and there was a nice museum and video to go along with the visit. This trip was the perfect amount of time as well!

Perfect Tour! - Our guide Neil was was awesome as was the cruise crew! Perfect way to spend four hours and get back in time to enjoy the rest of the day in Inverness. Time spent on each leg of the tour was perfect, culminating in a self-guided tour of Urquhart castle!! If you're in Inverness - go!!

Short trip - It was ok - didn’t realise that to get off and explore the castle it was a different trip. So we essentially sat on the boat. I also expected it to be a longer trip. But it was clean and the staff were friendly. They had no chocolate for the hot chocolate. Parking was a limited but we did manage to get a spot at the hotel.
