Great whiskey tour! - 10/10 experience! George went out of his way to make sure we had the best time possible. Has a lot of knowledge about whiskey as well as the general area and plenty of great stories. I also really appreciated getting to go to a mix of some smaller and medium-sized distilleries and he’s done a great job of taking you to distilleries you might be less familiar with but are still quality experiences. Would recommend for anyone who is new to whisky and wanting to learn more or even if you’re a whiskey pro and just want a small size tour to explore around Speyside!

speyside excellence - It was an all day tour of a few local historic sites and three distilleries plus the Speyside Cooperage, which was fantastic. Our guide George was excellent with stories of the region and pointing out wildlife, castles, and old Stone churches all along the way. We’d recommend George to anyone!

Clan Tours offers a personal touch - My husband and I spent a rainy day traveling to three Speyside whisky distilleries and a cooperage—and what a great day it was! George is a funny and knowledgeable guide, creating camaraderie among our small group as we traveled the countryside. And his kilt! I highly recommend Clan Tours for great fun, great whisky, and a personal touch!

11/10 experience, would wholeheartedly endorse you book a tour with Clan Tour - If there was a 6th star, I'd select it. Our tour with Mr. George was absolutely stellar. He has extentive knowledge of not just the distilleries themselves but also of multiple landmarks, even down to tiny details like history of some random bridges or reasoning behind a river's current water level. Additionally, most distilleries we visited knew him so rest assured you are sitting in a professional tour guide's car. Finally, he was also very willing to make changes to the originally proposed route to suit our needs. Overall, 11/10 experience. One unrelated warning though is that many landmarks that you'll be visiting are high up in altitude, meaning weak cell signal, so you better up resolve any online affairs before the start of the tour.
