Great day on a beautiful island. - A great day on the island and a lovely history lesson while driving around. Enjoyed a scenic flight, walked comfortably around, and the tour took us to some beautiful spots, watched wildlife, learned some interesting things and rested in air-conditioned comfort.

Rottnest via the fast ferries - Excellent trip! Rottnest is awesome - a great destination for everyone. Plenty of quokkas to see. Stunning beaches and great facilities. And even with huge amounts of tourists everything was relaxed and we didn’t have wait for anything really. Big call-out to Terry who did our evening drop off to our hotel after the tour. We were super lucky getting a late transfer home which they don’t always run. Terry was also a tour guide in a previous life so we were able to get some awesome travel advice! He was very patient with our 400 questions!! Really enjoyed the trip. Great staff (Ben the island bus driver was also a gem, very friendly, patient and gave plenty of information), great food options, great beaches, great weather to name a few!

Tour of Rottnest Island - We had the best guide/driver to teach us and drive us through the island. Glenn was very informative, witty and very pleasant. We recommend highly this tour and hopefully you will get to meet Glenn !

Super tour of a beautiful island - The bayseeker tour includes the ferry to and from the island from Hillary's Boat Harbour. The ferry ride takes about 45 minutes each way and we were lucky enough to see whales on the way across and back. This tour gave us about 3 hours free time on the island, plus a 90 minutes bus tour. Glenn our driver was a mine of information about the island, local life and times and made us laugh out loud several times. A super tour of a beautiful island.

It’s a unique island. The... - It’s a unique island. The 90 min bus tour on the island made it special. I wish I had of brought my bathing suit and towel. Pls note, the Viator Website did NOT allow us to set up a pickup point near our hotel. However, we were able to call the tour operator directly to make the necessary arrangements.

A good look at a beautiful island. - Rottnest Island is surprisingly large and the bus trip around the island showed off the beauty of the place and its many pretty beaches and clear, turquoise waters.

Driver left me. Terrible customer service. - I was very upset with how things went down the morning of the tour. I did not have a car and therefore had to walk an hour to the meeting spot, which I was fine with. I gave myself enough time to arrive early and when I got there, there was another gentleman waiting for the shuttle. I told him I was going to run to the bathroom and to make sure the driver knew I was here. Because there was construction going on at the hotel pick up and it wasn’t clear whether to meet in the front or the back it took me a while to get back to where I think the pick up was. No one was there when I got back, which was a couple minutes after the meet up time, so I called the company and they said the driver left without me and I would need to find my own ride to the ferry which then required me to pay out-of-pocket for an Uber. On the ferry, I saw the gentleman that had also been waiting, and he told me he informed the driver that I was just in the bathroom and the driver did not care and still left without me. I’ve never had a tour just leave someone without calling them, especially Knowing that I was at the location and just had to run to the bathroom. What made things worse is that instead of just giving me a partial refund or being apologetic, the tour operator argued with me over and over that I wasn’t there on time, even though I was there early and had told someone I was accounted for. This was extremely unprofessional and upsetting and just shows that they do not care about their customers. The tour itself also was nothing exciting, so I would recommend just getting yourself to the ferry and paying for a ticket and doing your own thing on rottenest.
