Airport transfer that exceeds expectations! - Excellent private airport transfer! Not only did we not have to wait upon arrival, they were also 10 minutes early to pick us up when we needed to return to the airport.

Excellent service, clean vehicles, great drivers! - By far the easiest way to get to and from Hilton Rose Hall. It was easy to find Beat Jamaica ant the airport. They had a clean, air conditioned vehicle ready and waiting for us. On the way back, our driver Verol was spectacular. He was early picking us up from the hotel, and he shared some interest points along the drive. Would highly recommend!

Montego Bay Girls Trip - Best Jamaica transportation service was excellent. Our driver “Cupcake” was always on time and kept us on schedule. We never waited for anything, he was very friendly and accommodating. Four ladies on a girls trip he made us feel safe. Top notch, easy and great value airport to hotel transportation - Easy peasy and great price. We stayed at the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall Resort in Montego Bay and looked at alternatives to their transportation. We were not disappointed in Best Jamica's services. Once we got through Customs, we met the representative and were escorted to the pickup site on the curb. Owen was our driver. Super friendly with great info on the island and activities. If we had more time on the island, we most certainly would have booked a trip with him as guide. SInce we weren't certain about the experience when we booked, we only booked one way. On our return, we reached back out to book return to the airport and once again, great experience. We had a party of 5 and both times we had a van to our selves so all was private. Communication and booking via email and really easy. Most definitely will use again.

Less than acceptable - The pick up at the airport took forever. Not speedy service. Once we had the lady driver she did a great job. They need to get their act together at the airport.

Worst airport transport service ever - The driver was very late for the airport pickup and a NO SHOW for the transfer from the hotel to the airport. Unfortunately we paid in advance. The driver from the airport was unprofessional and took a very circuitous route from the airport to the resort. DO NOT USE this vendor. The service was the complete opposite of "Best Jamaica".

Bad shuttle service - Transfer was fine when we arrived. They service scheduled two hours before boarding time. Not enough time for the influx of the people in the lines at the airport. The bus driver backed up all the way to the resort entrance, which was roughly 1/2 mile, once we got to the gate to pick one and her son up , placing us 20 mins. behind schedule. In short if they schedule two hours for you and your group before departure, ask for 3 or 4 hours prior to departure to prepare for unexpected events. We barely made our flight with mins to spare.
