• Tatsuno City Shoyu no Sato Taisho Roman-kan - “This modern Western-style building captures the essence of the Taisho Roman era and serves as a significant historical site, highlighting Tatsuno’s soy sauce industry’s evolution. It is recognized as a National Tangible Cultural Property, along with the former brewing factory (established in 1915) on the same grounds.”
• 井戸糀店 - Ido Koji-ten is a specialized shop focused on koji (malted rice), made using traditional methods that have remained unchanged since its inception. They offer not only koji but also homemade original miso, yuzu miso, and amazake, along with other koji-based food items.
• 发酵 LabCoo - Tatsuno is a town where 400-year-old soy sauce breweries continue to flourish, preserving its unique fermentation culture. This class provides a complete experience: learning about, tasting, and creating with this local fermentation culture.

Create your own MY Soy Sauce by adding your preferred natural dashi or spices to freshly pressed raw soy sauce. This experience, which includes an explanation of soy sauce ingredients and its production process, as well as a soy sauce tasting comparison, is enjoyable for both children and adults. The Full-day tour experience guarantees that a knowledgeable guide will accompany participants throughout the journey. Guests have the option to select a guide who speaks English, Chinese, or Japanese.

The tour begins with a visit to Himeji Castle, where the guide will provide engaging commentary. Following this, at the nearby Koko-en Garden, participants have the opportunity to join a traditional tea ceremony. Lunch will be enjoyed at a chosen restaurant, with options including sushi, Japanese cuisine, or tsukemen.

In the afternoon, the tour proceeds to Tatsuno City, often referred to as “Little Kyoto,” where participants will explore the historic castle town and partake in various experiences tailored to their interests. All activities will be chosen and customized through prior email communication.

• Admission fee - Participants may join a soy sauce brewing experience upon request. If you wish to take part, an additional fee of 2,200 yen per person will be required. JPY 2,200 per person
