- Cable Bay Adventure Park - Combining excitement and adventure the quad bike tours are an unforgettable adventure where guests self drive the quad bikes through native forest settings, around areas of the farm and up to the magnificent coastal views of the Cable bay area.\n\nBayview Circuit takes approximately 2.5 hours and includes a number of stops with commentary about the area. Tour time will vary depending on riders skill level and the duration of stops.\n\nRiders must be a minimum of 16 years of age to drive. We have a number of passenger quad bikes for those under 16 (minimum age 5 years) and can be driven by either a guide or by a friend or parent. Please advise if any persons will be under the age of 16.\n\nFull instructions are given prior to getting on the quad bikes and all drivers have a chance to hone their skills on the practice track prior to heading out on the tour. Please note that drivers must display a level of competence prior to being allowed on the tour - anyone not meeting a minimum level will only be able to take the tour as a passenger.

Great fun, loved it, highly recommend! - Highly recommend this tour, our guide Connor was excellent, we had a great morning, lots of fun! We did the wire also, unexpected but exhilarating, wow! Was just the 2 of us aswell. Thank you

A thoroughly enjoyable... - A thoroughly enjoyable tour with good quad biking, our guide Fletcher was very good and knowledgable, good views of the bay, very dusty by the time we had finished but all part of the fun

Great fun - This was the best quad bike ride I’ve ever done- Conner was so friendly and had great knowledge of the area. Best part was the tracks on the farm at the end - through the mud ! 👌ðŸ¤

Best part of out trip so far - Absolutely must do, was a great fun time for all. Guide was awesome both for his knowledge and the relaxed, friendly way he treated everyone, we had a couple of never riders and he got them comfortable in no time

Great time at Cable Bay Adventure Park - Wonderful morning with Fletcher on the Bayview Circuit Quad Bike tour. All of the staff at Cable Bay Adventure Park were friendly and helpful, including arranging for pick up at my hotel when I booked with them directly. It was too windy today for them to operate the Sky ride, but it looked like a great adventure.

Bike and Fox Combo - Our 63 and 70 year old husband wife team did the bikes and flying fox combo. We had a ball and felt ultra safe the whole way in the very capable and personable hands of Fletch. We ended our adventure a little early but Fletch ensured we got our money's worth and took us for a little mini tour of the flats before returning to base. The views, stories, challenging twists and turns all added to a great long morning out. The flying fox is quite brief but a cool adventure, especially travelling backwards when it feels like the start of the first Star Wars movie in reverse. Thoroughly recommend but if you are low on cash, just do the bikes. A big shout out to Richard too - the property owner who is doing his best to build and maintain a world class dirt bike and family entertainment facility.

Awesome experience on the quads! - We did the quad biking as a cruise ship excursion and it was the best excursion we’ve done thus far! Really friendly staff that made sure we were all comfortable before heading off. The quads and tracks were really fun and the nature was beautiful. I would love to do it again next time I’m in Nelson!

Wonderful tour, highly reccomend! - The 2.5-hour quad tour was an incredible experience! Our guide, Connor, was outstanding – friendly, professional, and always making sure everyone felt safe and had fun.
The Bayview Circuit offered a great mix of exciting terrain and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The quads were in excellent condition and easy to handle, making the tour enjoyable even for beginner riders. Connor also shared fascinating insights about the area, adding a personal touch to the adventure.
A fantastic tour in a beautiful setting – highly recommended!
