Outstanding Tour of Hiroshima with Kahori… - Our tour of Hiroshima with our guide, Kahori, was a wonderful experience and one of the highlights of our time in Japan. Kahori’s depth of knowledge during our visit to the Peace Park Museum, surrounding memorials and the A-Bomb Dome was impressive. My son who is on trip with me is a real history buff, thoroughly enjoyed learning about a difficult and somber time in Japanese history. We also had the opportunity to visit a former Japanese school which survived the bomb and became a relief center for those immediately impacted by the attack. Very moving. After visiting Hiroshima Castle, we rounded out our day with a lunch of Okonomiyaki (my new favorite Japanese dish). We laughed, told stories and had a wonderful time. I feel we now have a friend in Hiroshima. Kahori was personable, engaging and a genuinely warm person. If you visit Hiroshima and can request a guide for the day, you cannot go wrong with Kahori showing the way. Thank you, Kahori!

Great city and great city tour - It is an excellent tour with Tomoe our guide. Always attentive to our needs, to explain every detail, with patience and kindness. He made us a private tour to our suit and requirements. More than we expected. It took us to an unforgettable experience of preparing our food in a local place and we had some amazing family moments. Hiroshima is a great city, beautiful, very special, unique and full of historical sensitivity. Highly recommended.

A nice little trip to see the beauty of Hiroshima! - I recommend visiting Hiroshima and its good to have a guide to get more and personalized information about the history of Hiroshima. Our guide was Mari and she was so sweet, informative and easy to talk to. This is a great way to visit Hiroshima without having to spend any time finding out where to go, what to do and so on. Ps. we had Hiroshima okonomiyaki for lunch, very delicious. <— thats a must have

Hiroshima Tour - This experience is for people who want to learn more about the history of Japan, specifically World War II. It’s definitely a heavy tour, one that touches a sorrowful subject and a deep scar inflicted within Hiroshima. It is also full of beautiful nature, depending on what itinerary options you choose. The tour guide that I had the pleasure of having was incredibly informative, easy to talk to, and spoke very good English. He took us to a garden, the castle, and finally the atom bomb dome and the museum after that. The museum is a must visit as well as the dome, it is known as the peace walk. Our tour guide made the tour seamless and smooth, and each destination that he had planned for us was within a comfortable walking distance. For those who wish to learn about Japanese history, post world war 2 reconstruction, and more specifically the dropping of the atom bomb and the destruction of Hiroshima, then this is a must do.

Hiroshima 4 hour tour - We had a great day touring Hiroshima city today with our guide, Tsukumoto-san. He was very helpful and informative throughout, with good and clear English speaking. We started out by touring the Peace Memorial Park - Hiroshima 平和記念公園. We followed with Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum 広島平和記念資料館 A very emotional and moving experience overall. The landmarks and museum convey vividly the horror of war and the bombing, and tells the story of the real people who were tragically lost, injured and left traumatized. We had lunch in a nearby restaurant Okonomiyaki Mitchan Sohonten Orizuru tower; お好み焼みっちゃん総本店 おりづるタワー店 We had delicious Okonomiyaki a local specialty that a highly recommend trying. We spent the final hour touring Hiroshima castle 🏯, interesting rooms, objects, weapons and other artifacts as well a view of the city from the reconstructed main tower.
