Perfect cooking class! - Daisy the host was so welcoming & knowledgeable about the local cuisine & culture. She answered all our questions & made the experience very enjoyable. The chef was also incredibly talented & the class as a whole was very hands on but suitable for beginners too. The food we made was delicious & all the staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Cooking Class - I was welcomed with the most gratitude and respect upon arrival by Daisy. Daisy and Nhung are the absolute best hosts and are so informative, friendly, social, kind, and benevolent uplifting people you can be around. They took me through the entire cooking process including a tour of the local market where they source the food that they cook with, prepping with sauces and herbs and other vegetables and making sure that you really understand what you are doing so that you can cook all the Vietnamese food that you want when you are at home. Today, I was able to cook Chicken Pho (Pho Ga), Fried Egg Rolls, as well as pork meatballs. On top of that, they even gave me a free egg coffee! Make that two! You will really enjoy your time here and even more if you just immerse yourself in this space and environment because that’s what it’s all about. Connecting with people through food and sharing the experience with them. Had lots of laughs and learned lots today. Make sure you book with Hai’s restaurant. The food is amazing whether you take the cooking class or dine in or takeout. You’ll love it! Thank you all!

Great Cooking Class - Cooking class reviews I attended this cooking class the other day and I'm very happy. The teacher was very kind and taught it in an easy to understand and polite way even for beginners. He also explained in detail how to choose ingredients and how to cook them, so you can use them at home. The atmosphere in the classroom was bright and relaxed, and I enjoyed interacting with other participants. I also had enough time to actually cook my own food, which was a very fulfilling experience. The finished dish was so delicious that I couldn't believe I made it myself. This class gave me confidence in cooking and made me want to try more recipes. If you want to learn how to cook, I highly recommend this class. I would love to participate if I have the opportunity again.

Cozy adventure - It was just me at the 2pm event - pick 3 dishes off a list - took me to the market - came back to the restaurant and cooked my 3 meals. Nhung- my cook Duong - showed me around and translated I had a good time - the food came out awesome but there was SOOOOO much food so be prepared to not finish it all! I did the beef soup, Vietnam pancake, and stir fried chicken with lemongrass.

Amazing and educational experience! - Me and my partner went to one of the cooking classes and it was amazing! Daisy is the cooking teacher and is a very nice and smart person. We are not really good at cooking so she helped us and it was very beginners friendly! Daisy took us to see the local market before the class and it was very educating and cool! We learned to make 3 vietnamese dishes and eat it all at the end. Overall it was a very good experience and I really recommend it if you are visiting ho chi minh city in vietnam!

Good time, nice company, amazing food - We had a really good time. Daisy the instructor and the shef explained everything very clearly and through. We enjoyed learning and cooking, and the food was amazing! Plus very good coffee :)

If you don't speak English, don't worry! - I myself speak very little English, but when I had conversations with words I knew, they understood and communicated with me. When I really didn't know, the app translation helped me to cook smoothly without having to worry about it that much. It was fun.
