Easy & professional airport/hotel transport - Company provided clear information and followed up with me in advance to make sure I had everything needed and address any questions. Greeter at the airport and driver were both polite and professional. Reliable service exactly as advertised. Would recommend this instead of haggling with less reliable taxi service at airport.

Great day - A nice trip with competent staff. Nghia (jason) was a good Guide, very clear in describing the activities of the day. He also speaks excellent English. The tour was a mix of tastings and Mekong. We've been in good company.

Bad - Check in at custom: with super long line. Never seen a friendly smile here-> understandable. Flight out: terminal has no working water dispensers. All water dispensers arr jnder maintenance at same time. Water bottles are sold at 10 higher than regular price you find local places. I really do not like the way they do business this way. If there is a zero star vote, I will give it to Tan San Nhat airport!
