  • 7:00 AM-7:30 AM: Our local guide will greet you with a sign displaying your name at the Phu My port gate (a 7 to 10-minute walk from the ship) and begin your day with a visit to the Mekong (My Tho City and Ben Tre Town). This capital city of Tien Giang province is approximately 130 km from Phu My port, about a 3-hour drive.

• Explore the coconut kingdom of the Mekong Delta. Avoid the tourist crowds by visiting more authentic locations such as rice paddy fields, fruit gardens, and some local traditional industries. The boat will cruise along the Tien River (a branch of the Mekong) and make stops at various local workplaces to provide insight into the local economy, including a coconut processing workshop where you can sample fresh coconut and see how every part of this versatile nut is transformed into food. Taste some local products as you walk along the local road with beautiful countryside views and travel the narrow rural road by horse cart.

• Next, enjoy a boat ride through the Tan Thach natural canal in Ben Tre. We will continue with a stop at a bee farm on another island to savor honey tea, local products, and traditional music.

• Afterwards, lunch will be served at a local restaurant in a special local style. Return to Phu My port in the afternoon. All private tours last approximately 10 hours or longer, depending on your schedule. At the end of the private tour, we ensure you return on time to board the cruise ship.

• Ben Tre - Enjoy a boat ride through the Tan Thach natural canal in Ben Tre. Following this, lunch will be served at a local restaurant in a special local style, and we will visit Pomelo Garden on the island. After lunch, we will stop at a bee farm on another island to enjoy honey tea, local products, and traditional music. Return to My Tho City in the afternoon with a visit to Vinh Trang Pagoda if time permits.
