Great trip to see monkeys, feel the real “war” as it was and enjoy mangrove forest - Light tour with good balance between travel and activities. Signature trip with must do activities I if you’re around HCMC.

lovely break from the city -monkeys, mangroves, crocs, a swim and a meal for £27 ! - Brill trip Fu our guide was funny and knowledgeable and the trip was well timed and organised from start to finish -collected from our hotel early then driven to the car ferry across to the island. After a short comfort break (take paper) we had fun feeding nuts to the monkeys in Can Gio but they DO steal caps and sunglsses so listen to your guide's advice ! We saw lots of lazy crocs (feeding only at weekends ) then walked in to the mangroves to see a Viet Cong mock up settlement and watched a good filming about their lives here. Then we had a speedboat ride back through the mangroves. Our lunch stop was at a fab place for a hotpot lunch with a lovely pool / changing rooms and loos, make sure you take your swimmies an a towel. Finally dropped off in central HCMC about 5.30 -a fab day, good driver , guide, itinerary, breaks and timings..... thank you

Danh is the most beautiful and smiling guide of all. - The hike was wonderful, I loved it! Our guide, Danh, is a young, handsome and always smiling boy; he managed to devote attention to everyone and answered every question. Lunch was in an excellent restaurant with a choice of menus. I recommend it to both adults and children! Sorry I didn't take a group photo."

Monky trip - The guide is kind. Give them detailed information and photographs. It was a fun tour. I highly recommend you to visit Ho Chi Minh City.

A Wild and Refreshing Solo Escape to Can Gio - I joined the Can Gio Mangrove Trek and Speedboat tour as a solo traveler and absolutely loved the experience. The speedboat ride through the mangrove forest was exciting and offered beautiful views of untouched nature. Monkey Island was the highlight for me — the monkeys were playful, curious, and surprisingly entertaining. Walking through the mangroves felt peaceful and educational at the same time. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable. Lunch was simple but tasty, perfect after a morning of activities. This tour is ideal for solo travelers who enjoy wildlife, nature, and a bit of adventure outside the city.

The macaques in Monkey Island are friendly and show little fear of humans. - It is no wonder that Monkey Island is an ideal destination to observe wildlife up close, as it is inhabited by more than 2,000 long-tailed macaques. The monkeys live in groups and share a community spirit similar to the human society. The monkeys wander around, play with other monkeys, or take care of each other. Most monkeys on this island are quite friendly and cute. The monkeys agilely move on the trees, run on the ground, move toward us and look at us with curious eyes. The monkeys there are strictly preserved, so we should obey some rules when interacting with these monkeys such as keeping the suitable distance and not feeding the monkey. Some monkeys might be quite aggressive, so we should not try to touch them.

🌿 A Peaceful Escape to Can Gio Mangrove - The Can Gio Mangrove tour was a refreshing escape from the city. The peaceful boat ride through the mangrove forest, fresh air, and unique wildlife made the trip truly relaxing. A perfect short getaway to reconnect with nature.
