A tank belonging to the North Vietnamese Army crashed through its main gate, ending the Vietnam War. Today, it’s a must-visit for tourists in Ho Chi Minh City.
The palace is like a time capsule frozen in 1975. You can see two of the original tanks used in the capture of the palace parked in the grounds. Reunification Palace was the home and workplace of the French Governor of Cochin-China. It has lush gardens, secret rooms, antique furniture, and a command bunker. It’s still in use to host important occasions in Ho Chi Minh, including APEC summits.

Very good exposure to HCMC in less than 6 hours in an air-conditioned SUV - This is an excellent private tour of the biggest city in Vietnam with visits to multiple interesting locations. Our tour guide Qui speaks English fluently, very friendly, knowledgeable and quite entertaining. Although HCMC is a very large city, the smooth drive in an air-conditioned SUV travels thru multiple diverse neighborhoods and provides a rather good exposure to the overall city life.

Great tour with added historical context - Tony is an excellent tour guide and really spends time to provide context to the tour. His English skills are outside perfect. He was well prepared with a clear plan to maximize my time. He is also quite friendly and was a good companion as I took a private 1 day tour at the end of a business trip. I highly recommend him!

Day tour - Tony was very informative and respectful of our needs. We visited the temple, the palace, war museum, etc. and everywhere we go he explained everything so informative, and I really enjoyed the lunch too.

Tony delivered! - This was great informational tour! My husband and I came from the US to learn more of the history and the locals. Tony was very thorough and enthusiastic in the most laid back fashion. 5 stars for Tony!
