Hop on and off Sightseeing - Excellent way to see the sights in a few hours of the City of Saigon. Especially the War Remnants Museum- a must see.

Worthwhile - If you’re not keen on getting around HCMC city on foot then this is tour to do and see all the local landmarks and hop on or off at at these stops if you wish. The bus is air conditioned inside but you can head up to the top to experience the hustle and bustle of the city. I would strongly recommend hat/sunscreen/umbrella if you choose this option. The whole tour is commentated which you can choose your appropriate language and listen with earphones (provided) while touring the city. The pass lasts for 24 hours therefore if you happen to not see everything in one day you can always utilise your ticket in that time.

Got lost trying to get started. - Good city tour. Was confusing to figure out where to start. Myself and several other people got confused by the viator ticket vs the local company. Luckily the Vietnamese people are very friendly and pointed me in the direction of the starting booth near the opera house. Once there I was able to transfer my ticket to bus tour and catch a bus. I recommend seeing Saigon and China town to cover the most ground.

Easy find the bus the... - Easy find the bus the station. However, the buses of different routes are all of the same color. The blue line should be blue bus.

High expectation , minimal result - I purchased a night tour bus for my family to enjoy a beautiful city lights night scene. However, my personal experience wasn't great. As we got on the bus, I noticed people with large recording equipment; as I expected, they ended up recording a short music video the entire ride. I think this should be better arranged; the company should let people who want to make music videos, especially professional ones, use their own bus. I did not sign up to be in a video, but that is not the worst part. I signed up to see city lights at night, but all I got was a bright light in my eyes. I couldn't even take any photos because their light was too bright. I also didn't enjoy the music. Overall, the ride was terrible. I feel like the staff should have done a better job arranging it, at least making other passengers aware of it. Had I known, I would have waited for the next bus. However, once we got back to the drop off/ pick up location, my husband and I brought up our disappointment to the current staffs, I was pleased that they were willing to accommodate us for another ride. However, I feel like the 2nd round was cut short. it's possible that it was because it is the last ride of the day, they just want tp get it done and over with. I noticed the driver took couple different routes. Overall, I expected highly about the tour and got very minimal result, however, that is my personal experince, I hope others will get better experience than us.

Needs improvement - Unfortunately, the stops are poorly signposted or not signposted at all, so you can not recognize them as such. The description of the roads in the plan does not match
