Water Puppets and Dinner Cruise with guide Bao - Our guide Bao was very accommodating when I ask to change our pick-up location. He was very friendly with answering our questions and gave us a history lesson while on our way to the destinations. The show was great and the dinner cruise aboard the Indochina Queen was fun. Highly recommend Bao and this tour!

Wonderful - Fantastic show piece for Ho Chi Minh. The pick up was brilliant in an air conditioning vehicle comms were brilliant. Tom & driver Jerry were professional. The puppet show was a gem. The river cruise and meal was fantastic, it was a real top trip for our final night in Vietnam

Wonderful trip highlighting Ho Chi Minh City at it's best. - A wonderful trip. Picked up by Tom & Jerry the driver, the car had air-conditioning and was immaculate. The puppet show was amazing, a real treat. The cruise and meal was also fantastic. It was our last night and it made the trip to Vietnam very special

Memorable and fun trip - The whole journey was very memorable, the jerry people were particularly nice, very enthusiastic and friendly, the water puppet show was very interesting, at first I thought it would be particularly difficult to understand because of the language barrier, but actually it's completely okay not to worry about it, all you need to do is enjoy the show, it's worth seeing. The dinner was on a cruise ship, and although the night scene was average, it was better than the service and performance, and the dishes were moderate. I might have preferred traditional Vietnamese cuisine to European, but it was still a very memorable journey overall.

Highly recommend pur tour guide, Ha Ha - The puppet show was amazing and the cruise dinner was nice. The two are definitely must-experience in Ho Chi Ming City. Special thanks to our tour guide, Ha Ha, who gave us a detailed introduction to Vietnam and answered our questions with patience. He's made our trip informative and interesting for sure!

Water Puppets and Dinner Cruise - Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Water Puppet show and then the dinner cruise. Food and service were excellent. We had the set menu which was expertly served to us by the wait staff. Drink prices were reasonable. Only negative is that the food is served at a fast pace and you don’t get much time to enjoy the views and take photos.

Lovely night out - Really enjoyed the puppets, so well done and the cruise was restful & food very nice ) we could not eat all of it.

VEGETARIAN food and Vietnam - The puppet show was good although its in thier language... not English. But still good to see. Then the cruise was there... the ship was beautiful and dance n songs were there... but FOOD WAS THE PROBLEM. DO NOTE .. there is NO VEGETARIAN FOOD AVAILABLE AT ALL. BEING PURE VEGETARIAN.. .. means we eat no eggs .. no fish.. no meet ..no beef.. no seafood.. it was very difficult. .. but for others it is good. Because for them there is no concept of PURE INDIAN VEGETARIAN . THEY CONSIDER FISH N EGGS AS VEGETARIAN. SO BE CAREFUL WITH FOOD.. REST WAS OK. Apart from this the trip was very good n worth visiting .

Avoid the Puppet Show and Dinner Cruise - The puppet show and diner cruise were both very good on February 14, 2025. The food on the dinner cruise was very good however we felt very rushed to finish dinner and get off the boat. We never had the chance to enjoy the boat itself. The problems started at the beginning of the evening. We got a notification on our pick-up that was at an address we had never heard of. We had asked to be picked up at the Vinpearl Landmark 81 Hotel when we booked. We were notified we were being picked up at 5:30 PM. When no one showed up we text our tour guide who was waiting at the unknown address. After 15 minutes we were informed that our hotel was “out of the pick up area”. This all happened right before the scheduled pick up time. We never knew this and assumed we would be picked up at our hotel. We were advised by the tour guide to get a personal taxi at our expense to the puppet show and he would meet us there. We got the taxi and arrived a few minutes before the show started but our tour guide was not there. At approximately 6:45 pm he showed up apologizing that the van with he and other customers got “caught in traffic”. After being 20 minutes late we finally got into the show. We had missed about half the show. After the puppet show we went back to the van and we were transported to the boat for our diner cruise. We were herded onto the boat where diner was immediately started. The boat left the harbor and we ate. The boat docked back at harbor approximately an hour later and we were immediately ushered off the boat back to the van. Never any time to walk and enjoy the boat. As we got into the van we were advised that they would not take us back to our hotel. We then had to get off the van and pay for a taxi back to our hotel. Understand the transportation was all a part of the price of the show and dinner cruise. Needless to say i would not recommend this event to anyone. To me it was a total disaster. I gave it a “2” simply for what we did see of the puppet show and quality of the food on the boat. Other than that totally terrible.
