Amazing trip around Hokkaido in 3 days (Furano, Biei and coastal areas) - This tour is excellent for families with teens and elderly parents with mobility issues as you are able to conveniently get from one place to another with much comfort. We originally booked for a day tour but added 2 extra days to visit more remote places around Hokkaido as we found the ride so convenient and comfortable. We got dropped off to the closest access points of each place we visited. Whilst language could have easily been a barrier, we felt very supported with Megumi always available to either help us flex our plans on the fly or ensure that pre-agreed places are visited. Shirahamq (our designated driver for the whole time) is so nice, polite and also offered good suggestions to add or ensure that our tour is maximised of the various areas are maximised or at an optimum. Over the 3 days, we went to lots of places in Furano, Biei, and around the coastal areas. It was a fun-filled trip we had in Hokkaido and given another chance to go back, will contact them again.

Value adding to our wonderful experience - I had a change in my plans. Originally slated to take public transport to and from Furano, we found out that engaging "優駿イノベーション" cost only slightly more than if we take JR Rail. I foresee the plenty issues to navigate from train station to Farm Tomita, as well as the other logistics concerns to tour other parts of Biei. Plus all the walking factored in. The higher cost seemed justified. I had less than 12 hours to our planned visit when I interacted with the company. Megumi reached out to me within an hour, in fluent English via WhatsApp. She understood my needs and proposed an itinerary which I was agreeable to. This was my initial concern, language barrier and conveying my needs. In the end, i was able to reschedule my visit to a weekday too instead of a weekend. The driver met us at the scheduled time. He was polite and warm. During the journey, he acted as guide too, providing insights into the Japanese and Hokkaido way of life, helping us understand what living in this part of the world ia like. When we sought advice on tweaking the itinerary, he was also able to provide good suggestions and helped us complete whatever major landmarks we wanted to complete at Biei. I also noticed how he was taking his time at critical traffic junctions, stopping at railway junctions, checking repeatedly before crossing. I asked if all Japanese drivers are like that. He responded yes, and added that he had a reaponsibility to my family. The car was a Toyota Vellfire, clean and spacious, and accomodated the four adults comfortably. The ride was smooth and non-jerky, and did not cause the passengers to have motion sickness despite navigating the many winding roads in the hilly region. I would definitely recommend 優駿イノベーション and will engage them if I want to visit other parts of Hokkaido.
