Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay

Old Quarter - Hotel pick-up and drop-off in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

Halong Bay - 12:00-12:30 Arrival and pick-up at Tuan Chau harbor. Take a break and enjoy a welcome drink at Alisa Cruise Lounge before boarding Alisa Cruise.

12:30 Welcome aboard Alisa Cruise. Enjoy a welcome drink while our cruise manager provides a brief introduction and safety guidelines. Check into your cabin and begin your journey to explore Halong Bay, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.

12:40-14:00 Savor lunch featuring Vietnamese and international dishes as you cruise through the stunning Halong Bay, admiring its fascinating rock formations.

14:00 Continue exploring Halong Bay, passing by Cua Van Floating Village, Tien Ong Cave, Trong Cave, Ho-dong Tien Cave, and Luon Cave. You’ll also see Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock, Soi Sim Beach, and Coconut Three Island.

14:30 Arrive in Lan Ha Bay’s Tung Sau Area, the most beautiful part of Halong Bay with its wild natural beauty.

15:00 Continue exploring Lan Ha Bay. Depending on the day and season, you’ll have one of two options:

KAYAKING OR BAMBOO BOAT ROWING

15:10-16:00 Visit Luon Cave, a perfect blend of limestone mountains and jade-green sea, by bamboo boat with local guides. Enjoy the tranquility and fresh air. If you’re lucky, you might spot monkeys on the islands.

After kayaking, you’ll have two options for visits, depending on the date, weather, and season (summer or winter):

OPTION 1: VISIT PEARL FARM VILLAGE

16:00 Visit Halong Pearl Farm Village. See how locals produce pearls. Established in 1995 by a Japanese organization, it was later transferred to Vietnamese management. Our guide will show you around the farm and museum, explaining the pearl production process. You’ll see various types of oyster pearls and a processing room where workers transplant oysters. Finally, watch a worker open an oyster to reveal a pearl and view the showroom.

OPTION 2: VISIT TITOP ISLAND FOR SWIMMING (Not in winter)

16:00 Visit the beautiful Ti Top Beach for swimming (weather permitting). Ti Top Beach is known for its fresh atmosphere, clean water, and smooth white sand, perfect for relaxation. You can also climb to the top of Ti Top Beach for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.

17:30 Return to Alisa Cruise and relax with a Sunset Party featuring juices, cocktails, red wine, and fruits at Alisa Sky Bar.

Option: Massage service available. Please book directly with the Cruise Manager (see massage menu).

18:00-18:30 Join a cooking class led by the Chef of Alisa Cruise on the sundeck. Learn to make Vietnamese spring rolls, a traditional dish. Enjoy Happy Hour (buy one drink, get one free). Relax and chat while watching the magnificent sunset over Halong Bay.

19:30 Dinner at Alisa Restaurant, featuring special dishes.

21:00 Evening entertainment:

Enjoy leisure time at the bar, watch movies and cultural films, relax with romantic music on Pelican Halong Cruise, play cards or chess, read magazines in your room or the dining room. You can also try squid fishing from the boat.

23:00 End of Day One.

Day 2: Halong Bay - Lan Ha Bay - Kayaking

Lan Ha Bay - 06:30 Early risers can join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow, gentle movements. Coffee, tea, and pastries are served for breakfast in the dining room with a morning view of the bay’s landscape.

07:00 Enjoy the morning view of the bay with a cup of tea or coffee and breakfast.

08:30-10:00 Transfer to Alisa Day Boat to explore Luon Cave. Enjoy kayaking or rowing bamboo boats with local guides or on your own.

10:30 Continue cruising, passing by Stone Dog Island, another fascinating limestone rock formation in the bay.

11:30 Arrive at Cua Van Fishing Village for more kayaking.

12:30 Return to the day boat for an excellent lunch.

13:30-14:30 Cruise to Ho Dong Tien area and continue exploring the bay.

16:30 Return to Alisa Cruise and relax on the sundeck with a Sunset Party featuring juices, cocktails, red wine, and fruits.

19:30 Under the night sky, enjoy a luxury set-menu dinner with a variety of Vietnamese and Asian dishes.

17:30 Return to Alisa Cruise and relax with a Sunset Party featuring juices, cocktails, red wine, and fruits at Alisa Sky Bar.

18:00-18:30 Join a cooking class led by the Chef of Alisa Cruise. Practice making traditional Vietnamese dishes like spring rolls.

21:00 Evening activities:

Join the crew for squid fishing on the boat. Enjoy the squid cooked with the chef’s assistance.

Relax with happy-hour drinks at the bar.

22:00 Overnight on Alisa Cruise near Surprising Cave, the quietest sleeping area permitted by the Halong Governmental Authority.

Day 3: Halong Bay - Hanoi

Cat Ba Island - 06:30 Early risers can join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow, gentle movements.

Coffee, tea, and pastries are served for a light breakfast in the dining room with a morning view of the bay’s landscape.

07:00 Enjoy the morning view of the bay with a cup of tea or coffee and breakfast.

08:00 Transfer by tender to Sung Sot Cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance. Spend approximately 45 minutes exploring Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest caves in Halong Bay, known for its beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. Return to the boat by tender. Proper shoes are highly recommended.

09:40 Return to Alisa Cruise.

10:00 Check out and settle bills at reception. Enjoy brunch at Alisa Restaurant on the boat.

12:30 Return to Hanoi by comfortable air-conditioned shuttle bus.

14:30 Stopover in Hai Duong province to visit a ceramics workshop.

16:00-16:30 Arrive in Hanoi, ending your trip.
