Halong Bay - This is sample itinenary of Bai Tu Long Bay Overnight Cruises: 12:00 PM: Arrive at Halong Cruise Harbour. Bai Tu Long Bay - 06 AM: Start your day with a Tai Chi on the sundeck or catch a morning view of the bay with a cup of tea or coffee. 7 AM: Breakfast is served at restaurant on boat.
08 AM: Explore the hidden Thien Canh Son Cave. Thien Canh Son Cave (called Dong Co by local) is a wild cave located on Bai Tu Long Bay, in the center of Cong Do island. It attracts so many tourists both domestic and overseas by a rare natural beauty, pristine limestone stalactites and beautiful surround landscape.
09 AM: Upon return to the boat, take about 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing.
09:30 AM: Attend a Vietnamese cooking demonstration and quickly learn a simple but delicious Vietnamese dish that Gordon Ramsey, a 2-star Michelin chef, used to teach – Nem Cuon. 10:15 AM: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch on the boat. 11:45 AM: Head back to the harbor and disembark at Halong Cruise Port.
