Sapa - 5 - 6:30 a.m: Our staff will greet you at Lao Cai station and then drive you to Sapa by bus, which takes about an hour. Upon arrival, you can enjoy breakfast and freshen up at the hotel.
9 – 9:30 a.m: Meet your local guide and fellow travelers, then start trekking from Sapa towards the southeast of town, along Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai village, home to the H’Mong minority.
12 p.m: Pause for a picnic lunch at a Black H’Mong household, where you can explore their lifestyle and admire the scenery.
1 p.m: After lunch, continue trekking to Ta Van village, inhabited by the Dzay minority.
3 – 3:30 p.m: Our bus will take you back to Sapa. Check into the hotel and enjoy dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Cat Cat Village - 8 a.m: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and prepare for a new adventure.
9 a.m: Today, we will guide you to the Black H’mong village (Cat Cat), where you can stroll around, meet the locals, and visit the hydroelectric power station built by the French in the past.
11:30 a.m: Return to Sapa town, have lunch, and check out of the hotel. The afternoon is free for you to explore the Sapa ethnic market and the town.
5 p.m: Freshen up and have dinner before the bus takes you back to Lao Cai station for the night train to Hanoi. Our staff will meet you in the morning and escort you back to your hotel. End of trip!

Adjacent to Lao Chai is the village of Ta Van, which houses nearly 1000 inhabitants predominantly from the Hmong, Giay, and Dao ethnic groups. The journey to Ta Van is visually stunning, flanked by terraced fields on both sides. The village’s rustic charm is highlighted by its traditional stilt houses. Those with fortunate timing might savor unique delicacies of the Giay community such as grilled fish, horse meat, or glutinous rice, and participate in local pastimes such as Nao Cong and Roong Pooc.
