• Halong Bay - Begin your journey from Tuan Chau Marina Harbor, with check-in onboard at 11:45 am.
• Halong Bay - 8:00-8:45 am: Optional pick-up from hotels in the Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer to Halong Bay.
  11:45 am: Check-in onboard at the harbor, followed by lunch and a cruise in the bay.
  1:30 pm: Explore Sung Sot Cave, the largest and most stunning cave in Ha Long Bay.
  2:30 pm: Enjoy kayaking at Luon Cave.
  3:30 pm: Visit Ti Top Island, where you can climb halfway up the mountain for a breathtaking panoramic view of Ha Long Bay. The view from above offers a spectacular perspective of the bay’s every corner.
  4:30 pm: Return to the cruise and partake in the Sunset Party as the cruise heads back to the harbor. Relax and enjoy traditional Vietnamese tea and coffee while admiring the romantic sunset scene on the sundeck.
  6:00 pm: Arrive back at the harbor, disembark, and depart for Hanoi.
  Around 9:00-9:30 pm: Optional return to Hanoi.

• 8.00 – 8.45AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations…). If customers don’t stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 7.50AM or Hanoi Aira boutique hotel & spa, 38A Tran Phu street at 8.10AM or CIS coffee shop, 162 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.40AM to get on the bus.

• Do not tip if asked by local people, we cannot stop them but warning to our tourist)
• Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it’s crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer.
• Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies… are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
• For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.
• We also hope that customers will respect all other tourists in the group, respect the culture, timetable and common principles…
• If customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don’t see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
• Customers don’t stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose “hotel is not listed” just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo…-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.
• Customers stay on the International cruise ship: If your cruise ship habour name is Halong international cruise port, we can arrange the cruise trip that is the same habour & customers just need to walk from your ship to our pick up point around 12.00PM (just 5 minutes). If your cruise ship habour is Cai Lan port, customers need to take a taxi to our Tuan Chau Marina habour at 12.00PM (20 minutes tranfer) or please contact us to arrange pick up services with additional fees.
