Halong Bay - 11:45 Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Harbour, guests will check-in and board the cruise to begin exploring the World Heritage site.
12:00: Enjoy a welcome drink as the cruise departs from Tuan Chau Harbor for an exciting journey to explore the stunning Ha Long Bay. Along the way, guests will have the opportunity to see the majestic bay with its thousands of limestone islands, including Dog Rock, Duck Rock, and especially Thumb Rock - a striking limestone islet emerging from the sea in the shape of a giant thumb. Mother Nature has placed Thumb Rock here to convey a message of goodwill to every passenger cruising in the ancient bay.
12:30: Enjoy a sumptuous buffet lunch featuring a variety of dishes, including seafood and traditional Vietnamese cuisine. - Sung Sot Cave - 13:30: Stop at Bo Hon Island. The tour guide will lead guests to Sung Sot Cave/Surprising Cave, the largest and most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. After approximately 200 steps under the forest canopy, the cave entrance appears. A paradise unfolds before you. Guests will explore the cave for about 45 minutes before returning to the cruise (for those who prefer not to walk much, they can relax on the sundeck).
- Hang Luon Cave - 14:30: After leaving Sung Sot Cave, the cruise heads to Luon Cave. Here, guests can enjoy kayaking for about 30 minutes.
- Ti Top Island - 15:30: Stop at Titov Island. On this small island, guests can climb halfway up the mountain to enjoy a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay. The view from above offers a wonderful sensation and a spectacular perspective of every corner of the bay.

Halong Bay - 17:00: Guests will return to the cruise for our Sunset Party. Vietnamese tea, coffee, fresh fruits, and snacks will be served while relaxing on the sundeck or in the Jacuzzi. On the return journey, the cruise will pass by Hoa Cuong area, one of the most beautiful spots in the bay.
17:30-18:00 Arrive at Tuan Chau port. -
Old Quarter - 18:00 The driver will transport guests back to Hanoi.
20:30-21:00 Guests will arrive at their hotel. The trip concludes!

Spectacular 1-day cruise - I came with my partner and we had an amazing time. At the time we didn't know which cruise to choose, and I'm glad we chose this one. Activities have been super good and the cruise is very nice. It gives you time to enjoy everything🤗 in the last activity they let you choose between kayak and bamboo boat (both free) or speed boat with supplement. We chose the boat
fast, and it was so much fun. You get to see parts of the bay that you don't see with the other. Highly recommended.

Harong Bay Experience - It was nice that the guide explained very passionately.
He was a young man who spoke English well, and at first it was a small pronunciation for Koreans to hear, but as he got used to it, he could understand it well.
Titop Island and the Sunset Cave and the Vampire Boat were all crowded and it was a bit difficult but a fun experience.
It's amazing to see where you looked in the photos.

The finishing of the year! - It was so nice to have this tour on the last day of 24 years! Delicious food delicious tour. Wonderful scenery. Passionate guide. It was so good. I'd like to do it again later.

Worth it - Nice view, but very crowded in high seasons. You need a lot of exercise because you will walk with a lot of stairs. I wish you are healthy enough

I cannot recommend. - I personally would say things not for me. I like nature and activity. This has very little. You don’t really get to see ha long bay. You arrive go inside the boat. Eat lunch listen to over one hour of instructions. Very loud painful the the ears. Arrive to the first stop. The cave.
Insane boats everywhere. Times of people. And not really what I came to see.
I came to see the beautiful Ha Long bay. After that you go back to the Boat. 5 minutes to the next activity. Where there are even more people. But at each stop they say you must be inside for safety which you will find out is very true as the boats collide with each other while parking. 100s of boats.
Then. Family to the last destination. A dirty beach and brown water.
And 1000 people. But we had fun doing Instagram challenges. So we made the best of it. Once back on the boat. You head home. The last part was nice. Finally make it to the top of the boat enjoy the not hot whirlpool so music and they offer free wine. But they placed the fish bowl of wine out in the scoring heat. It was so hot wine.
In any case. Ha long appears to be a Beautiful place. But you will not see it on this tour. Maybe if you choose the over night tours if would be more enjoyable experience. It is difficult to say.

A nightmare experience: Misinformation and safety concerns with young children - I booked this tour after carefully researching a premium 1-day experience for my family, but what we received was a nightmare. Despite my wife informing the staff three times before boarding that we were booked for the 1-day tour, we were ignored and erroneously placed on a 2-day/overnight boat. This boat was small, basic, and the restrooms were dirty—a far cry from the high-quality vessel with a pool and rooftop we had paid for.
The most distressing part was the constant misinformation from our guide, Tony. He repeatedly lied to us, promising we would join our correct group "soon." In reality, we only reached the proper boat 15 minutes before it was time to return to the port, meaning we completely missed the Hang Luon Cave and Ti Top Island stops.
More than the ruined itinerary, I am writing this because of the fear we felt. Being stuck on a boat in a foreign place with staff who keep lying to you is a terrifying experience, especially when traveling with two small daughters (aged 3 and 5). We felt completely unsafe and "trapped" in an unknown location. We only felt a sense of security once we threatened to involve the police.
I strongly advise families to be extremely cautious. This was not just a logistical error; it was a total lack of transparency and a disregard for a family's safety and well-being.
