- Hoa Lu Temples of the Dinh & Le Dynasties - Visit the Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel from the 11th Century, the first capital of Vietnam, featuring the King Dinh Temple and remnants of the Citadel. Alternatively, you can choose to visit Bai Dinh Pagoda, the largest in Indochina, if selected.
- Trang An Grottoes - Discover Trang An or Tam Coc (if selected) with a 2-hour boat trip rowed by a local. This World Heritage site includes water caves and historic sites along the riverbank.
- Mua Caves - Explore Mua Cave, a small waterfall, and trek up Ngoa Long Mountain with 500 steps to enjoy a breathtaking view of Tam Coc Valley.
- Hanoi - After completing the Mua Cave mountain trek, return to Hanoi by bus, a 3-hour journey via the highway. Arrive between 19:00 and 19:30, with drop-off at your hotel or meeting point.

Vietnam nature trip - Such a great experience, very easy tranfers and english speaking tour guide, our guide was Luca. The lunch was good too! It was cery hot at that time but it was nice going to the lake and seeing all the caves and mountains, we did not do the hiking because we have a kid with us but all good, he enjoyed the nature and the koi fish at the temple.

Ninh Binh A Truly Magical Trip - Our day trip to Ninh Binh was truly magical. We began with a tranquil sampan boat ride along the Ngo Dong River, guided by kind-hearted local villagers. As we drifted through the calm waters, we glided beneath majestic caves—Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba—with dramatic karst hills soaring above us. The golden rice fields and quiet countryside around felt like scenes lifted straight from a painting.
By the time we returned to Hanoi, we were filled with gratitude and happiness for experiencing such a soulful escape into the countryside. The trip was a perfect blend of adventure, natural beauty, and calm—a vivid reminder of how restorative and uplifting Vietnam’s rural landscape can be.

Long day 8am to 6.30pm. Worth the effort. - Great day with a wonderful guide and driver. The weather was wet then very hot and humid. Take plenty of water with you and good walking shoes

Amazing Ninh Binh Tour – Ask for Jenny! - Amazing Ninh Binh Tour – Ask for Jenny!
We had a fantastic experience on our Ninh Binh tour in Vietnam, and much of that is thanks to our incredible guide, Jenny. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and so friendly—truly a joy to spend the day with. Jenny took the time to explain the history and cultural significance of every stop, which really deepened our appreciation for the region.
We stopped at Hua Lu, ancient capital. Rented bicycles through the countryside, which had amazing views. Captured great photos while rowing through the river in Tam Coc, towers used their feet to row; how cool! Stopped at Mia Cave and hiked the Dragon Mountain, the 1k plus steps was so worth the view from above.
The tour itself was well-paced and thoughtfully planned, giving us a great overview of Ninh Binh’s natural beauty and historical landmarks. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the lunch stop—we think a new restaurant could elevate the experience even more. That said, everything else was top-notch.
We absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam. And if you can, request Jenny as your guide—she’ll make your day unforgettable!

Amazing experience with Jenny as our guide - The tour was one great experience. Our tour guide Jenny was the best. Hands down the best tour guide in our whole trip. She has so much knowledge about the tour and she was very friendly. She ensured we were all safe and tried every experience to have the best memories.

A trip you would not want to miss on your Hanoi visit. - I was glad to have joined the trip with my friend. It's one I will remember from my Hanoi trip. We visited 3 important stops, each of it's own charm. The view from Hang Mua was particularly breathtaking. I enjoyed the Lotus garden from the same stop too. Trang An is just truly majestic.
The trip was super organized and we were very comfortable throughout. Luca, our guide, was very nice and gave tips and helpful information in every stop. Very friendly. I highly recommend this trip if you are looking to visit Ninh Binh.

Incredible scenery - especially during Lotus season - The scenery is amazing and we were so lucky is was Lotus Flower season Raymond our guide, was very knowledgeable about the history of Vietnam. He was also very patient with other people on the tour who showed no consideration for their fellow passengers. I think this tour was a better alternative to Ha Long Bay
