Cycling in Hanoi - Even though we cycled a little in the madness that is Hanoi, we felt safe with our guides. Brian was knowledgeable and passionate about his city. The stops on the tour were great. We especially liked the stop where we visited the home of an elderly resident who made us feel very welcome. Thank you

Fantastic Bike Tour in Hanoi! - We had a fantastic time on the bike tour with Brian! We were picked up on scooters & driven through crazy traffic to pick up our bikes! Then guided safely through the crazy traffic, over bridges, through ricefields & villages, through the countryside & through busy markets! The entire time we were well guided & felt totally safe! We stopped at the beautiful Lien Hoa Vien gardens, amazing temples, and various villages where we learnt how the locals make brooms. Our favourite stop was to a traditional home, where we were welcomed with tea & shown around this gentleman's home & gardens & amazing bonsai trees. We then caught a boat across the river, and were taken back to Hanoi on scooters for an amazing lunch! Brian & his team were fun, informative, super organised & made the whole tour totally enjoyable! We loved this tour & it was the highlight of our stay in Hanoi :)

Excellent off the beaten path tour! - Great tour of some of the more off the beaten track parts of Hanoi. Brian was an excellent guide and the whole crew definitely made us feel safe while out riding. 10/10 highly recommend, just make sure to drink lots of water!

A Wonderful Way to see Hanoi! - We highly recommend! A truly local experience that let us experience riding on a main busy road, through rice fields, small residence villages and alleys. This experience was so well organized and the day went by smoothly. We had one guide leading us on a bicycle and two other support guides on motorbikes. The motorbike guides helped us to cross intersections safely as well as protecting us from other vehicles - a pleasant safety surprise! We were picked up at the Opera House and given rides on the back of motorbikes to the bike shop area - yay, no cars or vans used. The bikes had gears and brakes that worked well. We loved biking over the Long Bien bridge - such a unique experience. We stopped at a local broom making house - loved watching the locals create as well as learning about the different types of materials. Then we rode through rice fields and walked a little out on a rice field path. We stopped to get a coffee or juice and enjoyed wandering among the water lily ponds. We did not have time to go to both the citadel and the bonsai home, so we chose to visit bonsai. The bonsai gentleman was funny and informative. On the way back to city we used a very local ferry to cross the Duong River - really enjoyed that experience. We were taken to a very local bun cha restaurant for lunch - the food was delicious and the company was local. We did not stop at a wet market nor did we taste local fruits. We also did not stop at a place to taste egg coffee. Go with an open mind and be flexible - even though our experience didn't match the description exactly, we had an amazing adventure!

Fantastic experience - Guide Emma spoke very good English. Support staff friendly. Emma is well educated on the history of the local area and local customs. Support staff made riding in the traffic far less daunting. Bikes in good working order, no issues there. Great experience.

Total Local Feel! - Real local feel on this excursion! Started with a delicious lunch (included) at a total local Pho place then got right into it! History kept to a minimum so you can really enjoy the ride! over long bridges, crossing CRAZY traffic, few stops to see a Temple, broom makers, and cruising the quiet country side. Even took a sampan to get across the river! would def say only experienced riders here and did about 18 miles!

Cycling in Hanoi City! - My sister’s last day in Hanoi so we decided on a half day cycling tour before we embark on our own travel journey in Vietnam. Cycling in Hanoi City is not for the faint hearted, but the tour guide made us feel very safe navigating through crazy peak hour traffic, amongst buses, cars and motorbikes. Once away from the city, it was a relaxing ride along the banks of the Red River, cross the Long Bien Bridge, past local markets on narrow streets, and through picturesque rural countryside. The weather in Hanoi is extremely hot and humid at the moment. We were expecting to cycle with other tourists but was extremely surprised to learn that there were only two of us for tour. It works out well in the end but it would be nice to know this information before hand.

Relaxing ride - Lovely relaxed ride out of the city and into the countryside. We stopped off at some great places to take photos or wander around landmarks. Cycling over the bridge was an experience.
