- Quảng Phú Cầu - At Quang Phu Cau Incense Village, observe the artisans crafting incense in vibrant colors and drying them under the sun, providing excellent photo opportunities.
Note: In case of rain, the incense process will not be visible, and you will instead visit Bat Trang pottery village (a 45-minute drive) for a pottery workshop where artisans create ceramic products for domestic use and export. You will also have the chance to make a sample with the instructor.
- Hanoi Train Street - By 11:30 AM, you will arrive at Train Street to capture photos and videos of the train returning to Hanoi Railway Station, a highlight of the trip. Lunch will follow.
- Hoa Lo Prison - In the afternoon, visit Hoa Lo Prison, also known as Maison Centrale in Hanoi or the ‘Hanoi Hilton,’ which housed Vietnamese revolutionaries and American POWs during the Vietnam War.
- Temple of Literature & National University - Next, visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university established in the 10th century, to learn about Confucianism and traditional Vietnamese education, featuring Khue Van Pavilion and Doctor Stelas on turtle’s back.
- Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum - Afterwards, visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (view the exterior), and Ba Dinh Square, where President Ho Chi Minh declared Vietnam’s independence on September 2nd, 1945.
