  09:00 Begin the adventure by exploring the local culinary scene in Hanoi like a true local, and take a stroll through the Hanoi Old Quarter.
  Participants will have the opportunity to savor green papaya salad, Bun Cha, Pho (beef or chicken noodle soup), Banh Cuon (steamed stuffed pancake), Banh Mi, and Hanoi draught beer.
  Throughout the tour, guests will not only enjoy delicious local dishes but also learn about the ingredients and preparation methods of these tasty local specialties. Additionally, they will be introduced to cultural, historical, and religious sites such as the local market, Heritage House, and the city gate of Hanoi Old Quarter.

• Hanoi - 11:30 The Barista will provide an introduction to the class, covering topics such as the history of Vietnamese Coffee, Egg Coffee, and Phin Coffee.
  Participants will follow the process for creating the renowned Egg Coffee and learn how to make coffee using a Phin (filter).
  The history of the Phin (filter) will be discussed, along with the method of brewing coffee with it, the ideal type of coffee for Phin, and the brewing ratio. A step-by-step demonstration of the Phin process will be provided.
  Participants will also learn how to make Egg Cream, including the history of Egg Coffee and a unique recipe. A step-by-step demonstration of Egg Cream preparation will be given, along with Egg Coffee Art Ideas.
  After pouring Egg Cream into the coffee cup, participants will have the chance to decorate their own amazing cup of egg coffee. Enjoy the coffee at the end!
