Best cruise 🚢 - This is one of the most memorable cruise I ever been, The operational staff and service staff were so welcoming. Excellent job in making our trip a memorable one in Ha Long Bay. Shout out to the Manager Peter which has taken care all of us. Highly recommended 👍

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE - Bad overall experience. We waited 1 hour at the Cat Ba Island wharf, as the transfer boat seemed to have simply forgotten us. The result: we arrived after all the other passengers, once the meal had already been served... so cold. When we arrived, the welcome was almost non-existent. Only Sam, a very professional staff member, came to greet us. Nothing to do with the reception reserved for travellers arriving from the continent, which we observed the next day: luggage pick-up, welcome cocktails, etc. Regarding the cruise, only an actual hour of sailing during the first half day, before stopping for a kayak session in a place of little interest. The boat then remained at anchor overnight in the same place, without even actually entering Lan Ha Bay (photos). Pros: the cabins are very comfortable. The next morning, short navigation again, without any real exploration of the bay, then turn back to the starting point. When we returned at about 10:00, we experienced the same situation as the day before: 2h30 waiting alone on the boat, while the other passengers left for the mainland and the crew prepared for the arrival of new guests. When the shuttle with the new passengers arrived, we finally thought we could leave... but no. We had to wait another 15 minutes, then return to Cat Ba with a staff boat, making several stops to pick up other crew members. In short, a very bad experience, despite a professional staff that is clearly not responsible for these malfunctions. However, we had reported the problems as soon as we arrived via a message sent to the booking agency, which then had to pass it on to cruise management. Despite this, nothing was done to prevent a recurrence the following day. Don’t expect a real cruise “2 days / 1 night”: departure at 1:30 pm, anchorage from 2:30 pm, overnight in the same place, then departure at 6:30 am for a short sail before returning to the starting point. Finally, after a second message was sent to the company, they dared to blame us, claiming that the meal was cold because we had passed through our cabin before eating — which is totally wrong, as we sat down directly at the table when we arrived. Very disappointing
