HANOI - NINH BINH DISCOVERY AND OVERNIGHT IN HOMESTAY/BUNGALOW (L/D)

Old Quarter - 07:30 – 8:00: The guide and driver will pick you up from your accommodation in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area or the Hanoi Opera House if you’re outside this area, and then proceed to Ninh Binh, which is a 2-hour drive.

Hoa Lu Ancient Capital - 10:15 - 10:30: Explore Hoa Lư, the ancient capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1010. This visit offers an opportunity to learn about Vietnamese history during the feudal era under the Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasties.

Tam Coc - 11:45: Enjoy lunch at a restaurant featuring a variety of local dishes. At 13:00, embark on a 1.5-hour bamboo boat tour of Tam Coc. The enchanting beauty of the area, with its rice fields, river, water, clouds, sky, and impressive cave system, will captivate you. This area is often referred to as “Ha Long Bay on land” by the Vietnamese. At 14:30, continue the tour with a 45-minute cycling excursion around the village to experience local life.

Mua Caves - 16:00: The final stop is Mua Cave, often compared to the “Great Wall of China.” Climb 500 steps to reach the top of Mua Cave for a breathtaking view of Ninh Binh and a panoramic view of Tam Coc.

Ninh Binh - At the end of the day, you will be taken directly to a Homestay/Bungalow for check-in, followed by dinner at the homestay/bungalow restaurant. Enjoy free time to relax, interact with local people, and explore the village. Overnight stay at the homestay/bungalow in Ninh Binh.

TRANSFER FROM NINH BINH TO HALONG BAY - OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE (B/L/D)

Ninh Binh - 6:45- 7:00: After breakfast, check out of your room at the Homestay/Bungalow. A shared limousine bus will pick you up from your accommodation in Ninh Binh and transfer you to Halong Bay for an Overnight Cruise (no guide during transfer). The drive to Halong Bay takes approximately 4 to 4.5 hours.

Halong Bay - 11:30: Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, Halong Bay. Take some time to refresh after the journey and wait for check-in.
12:15: Once on the Cruise, check-in will be completed. Enjoy welcome drinks while the Cruise Manager introduces the itinerary and provides a safety briefing.
13:00: Enjoy lunch and take in the stunning views as the boat cruises towards the southeast of Halong Bay, passing Fighting-Cock and Finger Islet.
14:30: Engage in kayaking or take a bamboo boat to explore the bay independently.
16:00 – 17:00: Hike to the top of Ti Top Island for breathtaking panoramic views of the Bay.
17:30 – 19:00: Return to the boat for a sunset party with HAPPY HOUR (from 17:30 – 19:00) – buy 2 get 1 free on drinks at Aquamarine Thalassius Bar or Sundeck.
19:15: Dinner is served.
20:30: Relax with karaoke or enjoy a drink at the Bar. Additionally, squid fishing tools are available for free at reception.

HALONG BAY - TUAN CHAU MARINA - HANOI (B/L)

Halong Bay - 06:00: Start your day with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck, enjoying a breathtaking view as the sun rises over Halong Bay.
07:00 – 07:30: A light breakfast is served at the restaurant.
07:30 – 08:30: Visit the magnificent Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest caves in Ha Long Bay, featuring beautiful stalactites. Be amazed by the stunning panoramic view across the Bay upon exiting the cave, as well as the fascinating shapes of stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years.
08:30 – 09:30: Return to the boat, settle your bill, check out, and head back to Tuan Chau Island.
09:45 – 10:45: Brunch is served at the restaurant as the boat returns to the harbor.
11:00 – 11:30: Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina. Relax in the cruise’s lounge while waiting for the transfer back to Hanoi (approximately 30 to 40 minutes).

Old Quarter - 12:00: Bid farewell to Halong and embark on the transfer back to Hanoi City, a 2.5-hour drive. Arrive in Hanoi between 14:30 and 15:00, where you will be dropped off at your hotel/accommodation in the HANOI OLD QUARTER AREA. The tour concludes.
