Trang An’s stunning tunnel cave system was chosen by the Kong movie group for the 2016 film “Skull Island.” Take a boat trip to admire the breathtaking scenery, including caves like Sang Cave (Light Cave), Toi Cave (Dark Cave), Nau Ruou Cave (Cooking Wine), along with the green river and natural vistas.

Ninh Binh Day Trip - This was a beautiful day trip. The boat trip and visiting the cave were a great experience. The buffet lunch was delicious. I can recommend this tour.

A good day - I had a really good experience visiting Bái Đính Pagoda, Tràng An, and Mua Caves.
All the places were beautiful and well worth the visit.
At Mua Caves, there is a lot of walking and climbing, especially if you take the left path, so be prepared for a good workout—but the view at the top is totally worth it.
The trip coordinator were very cheerful and helpful, which made the whole journey more enjoyable. Everything was well managed, and the trip went smoothly from start to finish. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it.

Meh - Bai Dinh was fantastic. However they did not take us to the Pagoda saying it would take too long.
The river boat experience was good but too long. I would have been okay if it had only been 45 minutes.
I did not like the quality of the buffet lunch that was served. Hygiene was an issue. There were plenty of eateries and I would have been happier if they had instead let us get our own food.
Overall I think several improvements can be made to the itinerary.
