Great first experience in Hanoi - Walked out of the airport in Hanoi and our driver was waiting for us amongst all the chaos. It was so relieving to have a smooth transition out of the airport madness and we made great timing to our destination. Would %100 use again.

Great Transportation Service - Hanoi Transfer Service was wonderful. Drivers were always on time, although most did not speak English. Lily, who coordinated all of the transportation, was always accessible and provided us with updates, driver names, and license plate numbers for each transfer. I would definitely recommend their service.

Helpful travel agency - I have never contact a transport agency before. Travelling is either I drive or join a tour package Started enquiry with Lily fr the Hanoi Transfer agency .. asking lots of questions . She promptly reply me within the day 👍👏 Was so impressed with her attitude that I felt bad not to give business to her. 🤔 No regrets. Lily took care of all my needs fr the time I land , arrange the transport to Ninh Binh and transfer me around Ninh Binh attractions. Every thing was done well despite the driver does not speak English. If I need anything, Lily will be the interpreter. Kudos to her!!! And finally Lily had transport all ready for me and family from Hanoi back to airport. What can I say! Thank You ! Kam-en. Price wise.. they are reasonable not cheap but Service impeccable! Overall ot was very good trip - It was amazing experience of 1 day trip from hanoi to Ninh Binh.our tour guide Tobi was very good . He explained the history of Ninh Binh and showed us all the spots with information and history behind it . We really enjoyed the trip
