Hanoi – Pu Luong (L, D) 200km (Easy Trek)

Old Quarter - 07:00 AM: Guests will be picked up from hotels in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area or the Hanoi Opera House to travel to Pu Luong Nature Reserve. The journey takes approximately 4.5 hours, including a short break.

Pu Luong Nature Reserve - 12:00 PM: Check-in at the hotel in Pu Luong and enjoy lunch. Guests have free time to relax or enjoy the infinity pool. The tour guide will lead an easy trek off the main road, visiting a traditional Thai minority house to learn about their customs. The trek continues through rice terraces and Bang village, offering stunning views of the mountains and terraced slopes. Return to the Retreat for leisure time, where guests can enjoy tea or a cocktail on the terrace or swim in the infinity pool. Dinner will be served in the Eco restaurant, followed by traditional Thai ethnic minority dances. Guests are welcome to participate in the Bamboo clap dance. The evening is free to enjoy the tranquility of the area before overnight stay.

Pu Luong – Trek to Kho Muong Cave - Hiking at Mua Cave - Ninh Binh (B, L, D)

Pu Luong Nature Reserve - 7:30 – 8:30 AM: Breakfast at the Eco-restaurant. At 8:30 AM, begin the trek to Kho Muong Village & Bat Cave. The trek starts along a small alley near traditional Thai stilt houses, leading to beautiful viewpoints of the infinity rice terraces. From the hilltop, the village of Kho Muong gradually appears, showcasing its unique charm. After exploring the village, guests can visit the cave entrance, weather permitting.

Kho Muong village is nestled deep within the core zone of Pu Luong National Nature Reserve. It remains an untouched village, isolated from others and minimally impacted by human activity, preserving its natural beauty. At 11:30 AM, check out and have lunch at Pu Luong Eco Garden, the Mountain Retreat. At 1:30 PM, bid farewell to the stunning Pu Luong Nature Reserve and begin the journey to Ninh Binh.

Mua Caves - After a 3-hour drive from Pu Luong, guests will arrive at Mua Cave in Ninh Binh Province at 4:30 PM. Climb approximately 500 stairs to reach the mountain top for a panoramic view of the local area.

Ninh Binh - 7:00 PM: Dinner at Trang An Ecolodge Resort. The evening is free to enjoy the peaceful surroundings before overnight stay.

Biking & Visit Hoa Lu - Trang An Boat Trip - Ha Noi (B/L)

Hoa Lu Ancient Capital - After breakfast at the hotel, at 8:00 AM, guests will cycle to Hoa Lu Ancient Capital and explore the site on foot. Hoa Lu was the ancient capital of Vietnam in the late 10th century under the Dinh and Tien Le dynasties.

12:00 PM: Check out and have lunch, followed by relaxation.

Trang An Landscape Complex - At 1:30 PM, visit Trang An for a boat tour through the stunning landscape. It is a unique destination in Vietnam, offering a serene boat trip with breathtaking views and rich history, featuring well-preserved architecture.

Old Quarter - At the end of the day, guests will board the bus for a 2.5-hour drive back to Hanoi, where they will be dropped off at hotels or accommodations in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area.
