Wonderful hiking and superb homestay - Beautiful experience with our guide May, who guided us in the beautiful rice fields of Sa Pa, we stayed in homestay in May's family bungalow, beautiful and quaint. We did two beautiful treks full of national geographic style places. Our guide explained many things about the various ethnic groups that inhabit the villages and it was super interesting. We highly recommend the activity

I had a great time on... - I had a great time on this trip, the walks were beautiful! May was a great tour guide with a lot of knowledge about the local area, she kept us informed with the plan and buses etc. and kept a good pace on the treks so we were not getting tired. The homestay was comfortable and the food was good, be sure to bring plenty of water and snacks.

Review Sapa - After the Sapa trip, what stayed with me the most was not only the beautiful mountain scenery, but also the thoughtful service and companionship from Hava Travel and the tour guide team throughout the journey. The schedule was well arranged, the activities were balanced, and everything felt comfortable without being too tiring. What I appreciated most was the friendliness and dedication of the tour guides. They were always supportive, attentive, and ready to help whenever needed, which made the whole group feel more relaxed and well taken care of. Their positive energy also made the trip more enjoyable and memorable. A good trip is not only about the destination, but also about the people who make the experience smoother and more meaningful. And for me, Hava Travel together with the tour guide team made the Sapa journey truly enjoyable.

Poorly Organized, use a different company. - Sapa, the area, is really beautiful, but the reason I gave it a 3/5 is because it was very poorly organized. Hanna, the organizer, told us we'd be picked up at the hotel, then at 10:18 pm the night before, she said we needed to get to the pick up location by 6:30 am. We didn't get picked up until 8:30 am. Same with the return trip. The homestay, hotel was darling, small bungalows, food also was very good. Our guide through Sapa hill Daio, was excellent.

The pick up meeting point... - The pick up meeting point was a horrible experience. Hanna, point of contact of the tour, not helpful. She said “ So, that's because Viator suggested it themselves; our tour provider didn't suggest it at all.” The option address for pick was a demolished hotel. Hanna said this was the Viator problem not her group. So she did not offer for me to be picked up. Instead she had me walked in the dark, under heavy rain to find the big bus. It was a horrible experience. The activities at Sapa was great our guide, May was amazing! She pays attention to our requests. And the place where we stayed was great too.
