Hanoi - Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van
Y Linh Ho - 6:30 - 7:00 – Guests are picked up from their hotel in Hanoi to embark on a journey to Sapa via the new highway, with a comfortable short break along the way.

Hanoi - Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van
Y Linh Ho - 6:30 - 7:00 – Guests are picked up from their hotel in Hanoi to embark on a journey to Sapa via the new highway, with a comfortable short break along the way.
13:00 – Arrive in Sapa town and be captivated by the vibrant traditional attire of the H’mong, Dzao, and Tay ethnic groups. Enjoy welcome drinks and a briefing on the itinerary. Following this, savor a lunch featuring local Vietnamese cuisine before checking into the hotel.
14:15 – Take a brief drive to Y Linh Ho village and begin hiking through the rice terraces along Muong Hoa Stream to Lao Chai, the village of the Black H’mong minority. Here, enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the Hoang Lien Son mountain ranges.
Ta Van Village - In the late afternoon, continue trekking to Ta Van village, home to the Tay minority. The trek covers approximately 9km and takes about 3½ hours.
17:45 – Check into the homestay and experience the local rustic lifestyle while watching the sunset over the mountains. In the evening, enjoy a nearby local bar or mingle with other tourists before spending the night at the homestay.
Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Sapa
Giang Ta Chai Village - 8:00 – Enjoy breakfast prepared by the host family and start the day with more hiking.
8:45 – Continue walking through the rice paddies, perfect for a photo session with the stunning surrounding landscapes. After passing through a bamboo forest, arrive at Giang Ta Chai village, home to the Red Dzao minority. The total trekking distance is about 4km, taking roughly 2 hours.
11:00 – Exit the village via Giang Ta Chai Bridge to reach the main road, where the driver awaits to transfer you back to Sapa town.
12:00 - 14:00 – Enjoy welcome drinks and a briefing on the itinerary. Then, have lunch with delicious Vietnamese dishes before checking into the hotel.
Sapa - Cat Cat – Hanoi
Cat Cat village - Begin hiking downhill to Cat Cat village at the base of Muong Hoa Valley. Relish the stunning views of the beautiful valley towards Fansipan, the highest peak in Vietnam and Indochina. Upon reaching the village, visit the traditional stilt houses of the Black H’mong and observe activities such as weaving, embroidering, and drying clothes. Continue walking to explore the dramatic surroundings.
After lunch, transportation back to Hanoi is arranged.

- Old people, kids should not attend the long trek (9 km)
- Day 1 and day 3 could be changed depending on weather
- You may stay overnight at homestay for 1st night or you may do on 2nd night. Our tour leader will inform you on bus to Sapa.
- Thing to bring
- Warm clothes, scarf, hat, cap because the weather in Sapa is pretty unpredictable. It is normally cold in September, October, November, December, January, February and March
- Due to altitude of Sapa, it is sometimes foggy in December, January, February, and March.
- Trekking shoes, sun glasses, sun cream, insect repellent are also necessary. You should take cash with you in Vietnam Dong because banking system in Sapa sometimes doesn’t function well. US Dollar, Euro, Australia Dollar are accepted in Sapa.
- You should take medicine with you although there are some chemist’s shops in Sapa in case you get sick.
- Homestay’s facilities are not as in hotel in Sapa.
