Full Day in the Mekong Delta
Mekong Delta - Travel to My Tho city by air-conditioned bus. In My Tho, board a motorboat at the pier and cruise on the Mekong River, observing floating houses where fish are farmed beneath. Continue the river journey to Cồn Thới Sơn (Unicorn Island), then take a horse cart to a performance site to enjoy Vietnamese traditional music and taste seasonal tropical fruits. Next, board a small hand-rowing boat to gently cruise through a creek lined with beautiful coconut trees, observing life along the creek. Before lunch, visit a bee-keeping farm to enjoy honey tea and view a typical Mekong house. After a short walk, enjoy lunch. Post-lunch, board the motorboat to learn about coconut candy production at a workshop, with samples available for tasting. Return to the bus and head back to Ho Chi Minh City.
