From the top of Hong Kong! - Very cool experience, nice photos and a place where there is plenty to do. How it looks: buy a round trip, add experience like the terrace. There are good restaurants for lunch there. There are still experiences like the wax museum and ancient Hong Kong. The rugby passport can facilitate your descent in large queues.

Get an Octopus card prior to coming here! Long queues to be served in person. - I am writing this review as I found the ticketing at the base (bottom of the hill) station abit confusing for first timers. On the day we were there, it was a very quiet day. You can see that the queues are set up to curl around the building and onto the sheltered area across the road! But as it was the 1st of January, most people were out of town on holidays somewhere else. Despite this, our queues were still pretty long. It took us about 45 mins from starting the queue to getting onto the tram. But what really saved us was that we had the required fare on our Hong Kong public transport Octopus card. Which meant we did not have to do the queues with all the other tourist to get served in person at the counter! You just queue up and tap your Octopus card and away you go. Phew!
