First time in Hong Kong sightseeing - Excellent but it’s not easy to find, not very comfortable seats but very clear oration so fantastic overall. The green route was fantastic and unexpected. Still to do the blue route in Kowloon looking forward to it

Absolutely Worth It. Take the 48 Hour Big Bus Pass - We’re so glad we decided to take the 48 hour Big Bus Hong Kong pass. It was easily one of the best parts of our trip. The hop on hop off experience gave us the freedom to explore the city at our own pace without any pressure. We managed to cover the red, blue and green route lines, each showing a different side of Hong Kong (from the colorful buzz of Kowloon to the modern skyline of Central and the calm beauty of the Southside like Stanley and Aberdeen). What made the experience even more memorable was the amazing support and warm service we received from Ms Mae and Ms Rhea. Both of them were so friendly and helpful throughout. Ms Mae especially took her time to guide us and made sure we had everything we needed. She explained the stops clearly, helped us plan our route, and even checked in on us with such genuine care. It really felt like we had someone looking out for us. With the 48 hour pass, we also received four free Star Ferry rides: two inbound and two outbound which was great transporting us from blue to red area. You also get to choose another activity - we opted for the harbor cruise instead of the peak tram and it was magnificent. The views of the skyline from the water were absolutely stunning and the ride itself felt so relaxing and scenic. It added such a unique and special touch to the whole experience. The 48 hour option gave us the perfect balance to enjoy, explore and unwind. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to stop, take pictures, walk around and then hop back on whenever we wanted. If you are visiting Hong Kong, we highly recommend getting the 48 hour Big Bus pass. It’s worth every penny. And if you’re lucky enough to be guided by Ms Mae and Ms Rhea, you are truly in good hands. Thank you both for making our journey so smooth, easy and unforgettable.

Green Route Stanley Tour - The tour was very nice—it’s refreshing to explore the less touristy areas of Hong Kong where you can truly relax and unwind. I’d also like to commend the lady at the booth named Ces, a Filipina, who was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. She went out of her way to assist us, and her warm hospitality really stood out. She’s truly a gem to the company and deserves recognition for her excellent service.

Great value - We didn’t have any tours planned when we visited Hong Kong so decided to book 2 days on the Big Bus. This included ferry tickets return for two days to Hong Kong island and return and also Peak tram tickets. This is really good value. The red line takes you through the city and the green line to Stanley. We really enjoyed the trips and look forward to doing Kowloon tomorrow which is also included.

Great value for money - What an inexpensive way to see the whole island and get a feel for the layout. The commentary was excellent - very informative with a bit of humour thrown in. We loved the Green Line. Our tickets were for 48 hours (which meant we could do all three lines, with two crossings of the river and the Victoria Peak cable car included) over two days.

Not enough useful/historical/interesting information provided in headsets - While this is a good "hop on, hop off" bus, the useful/historical/interesting information provided in the headsets is minimal.

Horrible map and pick up system - Their app routes notification went insane! I followed the schedule based on the app but their bus was showed like a ghost on and off in the map. I was waiting at the stop and it estimated arriving in 10 mins. However, after 2 minutes, it was heading to the next stop already. It happened me 2 times at each different stops. I felt like playing hide and seek with the buses!! It was very unpleasant with humid raining weather in HK!!!!! Hopefully I would be able to use the buses without wasting time and money!!
