Hong Kong must do - Great experience, get there early, lines take longer than expected. Expect a lot of traffic to get there. Must walk up to the Buddha. Highly recommend booking the tour with Tai o fishing village at the same time. Make sure you have HK currency, cc not taken in the fishing village. Enjoy!!!!

the scenery is great. Yet things are over priced. - Photos ae take when we get onto the cable car, yet iscosts HKD298 to get it. It is too expensive. I don't see any people buy it. I suggest the selling price at HKD99,這樣可以薄利多銷。

Village is more like fast food outlet. Great views from cable cars - Add 3 hours to any itinerary for queuing (with a ticket).

Queues of queues - Beware the hidden queues and the queues to join more queues. Peak time today was a 3 hour queue at the base, and another 1 hour queue to get back down.

Queueing for a cable car - If you enjoy snaking up a concourse queue for 1 hour to buy tickets for a cable car ride this is the queue for you. Once reaching the ticket kiosk, fear not the thrilling queueing session is not over. You stroll away from the ticket office only to have your soul destroyed again when you observe the queue on the cable car terrace snaking up and down for the first half, then just for light entertainment it changes to left and right. All told, the wait was 1 HR 45 min. And you get to pay the $590 HK for two, for the privilege. Anyhow the ride was good. If your off to see the Big Buddha, maybe think about the bus, as the queue back at 16:30 was also a cracking snaking wait at 45 min.

Verybad... - Wait 2 hours before the car, the return will also have to wait 1.5 hours, not worth waiting, so long.

Terrible queuing - The organization of ticket sales was terrible. We had to wait in line for 2.5 hours to get there and 2 hours to get back. The throughput capacity is very poor, which significantly reduces the experience.

Care of the Long waiting time - Waiting lines are insane after the First Line that took almost 2 hours u will buy the Ticket and go to an area where u need to wait almost an additional hours. At No Point they disclaim the waiting time and u are never able to see the whole waiting lines. Otherwise ofc we would went back to the city or used another form of transportation. We were there in the morning and after us it got even worse. I would recommend to not use the cable car nothing can be worth more then 1 hour.... Here u will easily spent 2-3 hours.
