Beautiful experience - This was an amazing experience. The staff are helpful and friendly. The overall experience is a 10/10. It is a must see when on hong kong. I'd say, dont book your tickets via Klook. Unless in a big group. You save about 10 USD up, but the line is so long for the voucher redemption.

Great sightseeing - We took the two way cable from Lantau Island to visit the Big Buddha. Stunning views on both ways and you can also see the HK Airport as well.

Stunning views - Great views of Hong Kong! The journey takes around 25 minutes for each round. It’s convenient to deposit luggage at the luggage service counter for 100hkd per piece. They accept cash and various payment methods.

Good Experience but needs improvement - Great experience, but poor crowd management The view is beautiful and the experience is worth. But the que for ticket is around 1 hour and again 1/2 hour to board. They need to improve the crowd management to avoid this long que

Ride lovely. Organisation needs work - Cable car ride is fantastic once you are able to actually get on board. Bought ticket on line and still waited one and half hours to board. At the top the return trip was even less organised with people climbing under the ropes dividing lines and poor signage. Actual ride and then visit to monastery and Buddha great.

Great view but delays ….. - Great view and an interesting tourist thing to do, however if the weather is bad they can’t switch easily to buses to get you back down the hill during thunderstorms. As other reviewers said delays, so be prepared for this

Disappointed and misled – don’t waste your time! - We came all the way from the US, excited to visit the Big Buddha on Lantau Island. Bought tickets for the Ngong Ping 360 cable car ride, only to find out after arriving that the Buddha was closed. The attendant was completely unhelpful and refused to work with us on any kind of resolution. If you’re not allowing access to the Buddha, don’t sell cable car tickets until 6 PM – it’s misleading and feels like a total rip-off. This was our second time trying to visit — the first time was back in 2016 when the cable car was closed. We gave it another chance, but there won’t be a third. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Refund our money back.

Service of the cable car (telepheric) is terrible - expensive is a queue of more than 2 hours. - The place is beautiful and worth it, but the cable car is a disaster in terms of Service and time. Bad Service, huge queue (we stayed in queue plus fe 1 hour waiting for the cabin to get up and almost 2 hours around). They offer a crystal cabin that costs double and the only difference is transparent floor, and has not so much queue (obviously, for the price ....) so, come several crystal cabins and as there is no one to go, they return empty while the normal cabin with giant queues with elderly and children waiting. I found it very expensive for what it offers. I believe it is possible to get on the bus and if it is the case, I recommend going only the cable car ride and the bus ride back (should be much cheaper and faster).

You need to be ready at any time because of the weather stopping, blocked in the bad experience off the island - The scenery is beautiful, but when there is a thunderstorm warning will stop operating immediately, causing us to completely block on the side of the Dafa, and then to line up a shuttle bus team is very long. No more foreign traveler friends will come here.

Thunderstorm arranging dogs is no better - Arrange simply garbage Wait at least two hours after the thunderstorm warning Arrange a shuttle bus is not enough Just one or two shuttles All arrangements are not at the top Affecting the main tourism industry in Hong Kong
