Randy Rocks - Our guide, Randy Chan, was simply marvelous. He had buckets of interesting historical information about Hong Kong and China. He shared wonderful info at each site we visited plus we took us to a couple of off the normal visit grid sites that were great. Very nice day with Randy.

Andy is a wonderful guide! - Our guide was a delightful fellow named "Andy". He made special effort to pick us up and drop us off at preferred locations. He was extremely flexible and communicative. He showed us many interesting sights that weren't on the original itinerary, but were along the route. We enjoyed his company very much!

Great day out - Randy our tour guide was excellent. Great source of local knowledge and history. Commentated the stops and sites inbetween perfectly with his knowledge. Also adjusted our itinerary slightly to suit our requirements which was fantastic. Very comfortable, very clean and air conditioned vehicle. Arrived at pick up point early. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

A must do when in Hong Kong - This was an amazing tour. Tour guide, Randy, was phenomenal. He told us so much about Hong Kong's history and took us to some wonderful sites.I highly recommend this tour and Randy.

Great time in Hong - Our driver was very accommodating, picked us up an hour and a half early. Met us as soon as we left the ship. The van was new clean and very comfortable. We visited all the places we had requested and back to the port in time to board just before the ship’s departure time. Fortunately for us we visited on Sunday and the traffic was light and allowed us more time to spend at each point. The only negative was Da did not speak fluent English as the Viator described. We communicate but did not understand some of his information.

Hong Kong in a Day - Be ready to see alot of Hong Kong! Our guide, Andy was exceptional. He was so informative and added so many little magical moments throughout our day together. Having a private driver made the drop offs and pickups seamless. Well worth the cost!

Dissatisfied & Too Expensive - Had airline issues & asked to delay tour by 1 day. Was told no! Too expensive & had to sit in traffic for 2 1/2 hrs!! Disappointing

A Nightmare of a Private Tour in Hong Kong Island - Several days before our tour, my husband contacted the tour operator to confirm our trip but we did not receive a response. This made us wonder if the tour guide will even show up. There was no contact from the tour operator at all. Usually, the tour operator contacts us a few day prior to confirm date, time and place of pick up. On Jan 6, 2025, we had Andy Leung as guide/driver. EXTREMELY UNSAFE. I wanted to cancel the tour after less than an hour with Andy. First, after picking us up from the hotel lobby, he could not figure out how to get out of Royal Plaza Hotel parking lot. We circled around THREE times before he finally figured it out. On our way to the Peak, he asked us not to talk to him because he says the road is very dangerous and he needs to completely focus. He says he is 77 years old and he does not come to this side of Hong Kong often so he is not familiar with the roads. Then (for the second time), he could not figure out how to get out of the parking lot at the Peak so we helped him find our way out. He also kept saying how expensive the parking fee at the Peak was. In reality, we were paying for it. At Repulse Bay, he drove the WRONG WAY on a one-way street (!!!) He only realized this after another driver was driving towards us and yelled at him and told him how dangerous that was. He could have got us killed! Next, he missed the turn to Aberdeen and blamed Google Maps! This wasted another 10 minutes of our time. Other cars and the buses were honking at him. He tried to change lanes at the last minute so he would not miss the exit. So he stopped in the middle of traffic and he changed a couple of lanes from the rightmost lane to the left side of the road. I was so worried the entire time. He kept speaking to my husband in Cantonese even though we requested an English tour. After the initial hour, he kept talking about his personal life rather than informing us about Hong Kong. Lastly, he asked us if we wanted to visit the area with a lot of prostitutes. This was a complete nightmare. We were travelling as a family with my college age daughter. We paid $583.20 US dollars for a private tour for our family of three. This is our very first visit to Hong Kong and it completely ruined our experience. We would like a partial refund as soon as possible. Please respond.
